I thought they were very professional, always listening to my pest control needs, very willing to work with the customer....I dealt with my technician, Luke, who was wonderful & very helpful and Bernie, a manager (hope I got that right?)who was so easy to work with. Very Consultative Approach 6/4/2013

Horizon has so far been a pleasure to work with. Jeffrey Arroyo recently completed an initial treatment - he did a very comprehensive and thorough job. Not only did he cover all of the areas in my treatment plan, but he was very helpful in advising me of how he was treating my property, what agents he was using and what I should look out for in the future. Horizon is WONDERFUL! 4/19/2013

I'm so appreciative of Horizon Pest Services in Midland Park - a blessing in my life. I needed dependable, professional help when squirrels and raccoon got into my attic. Michael Drozdick, immediately came and thoroughly inspected and began action with traps, and Luke Stachura then came and very methodically and thoroughly, sealed & sprayed all possible entry points. Both patiently & courteously explained the process and gave me peace of mind which was very appreciated. They took all the time that was necessary each visit. I'm very pleased & have already recommended Horizon. I thank Nancy also, for so kindly helping me get such quick assistance after I called. It seems to me that Horizon only hires capable & nice people. more

What a wonderful fellow! Anthony McGovern 3/8/2013

We had the most wonderful experience -- last year you got rid of the squirrels in our garage --- one made it back in and when locked in there, ate his way out. We were concerned they were setting up shop again. Anthony came, demonstrated total knowledge of the issue, assessed that they were out and once we were resealed, they would remain out. There was no charge and he was just a delight to deal with. We will definitely stay with Horizon. more

Horizon technicians are always on time and work quickly, because they respect your time. 11/18/2012

We have been using Horizon since we purchased our home in 1988, when we learned that there was some termite activity on one side of our house. In all these years, we have never had a termite outbreak, and sometimes when we get a mouse in our front porch, we call Horizon and they help get rid of them. We notice that there is a low turnover rate among employees, which is good for the company's reputation. Their techs have a good education when it comes to the various bugs that we might find, and they have helped us find a company that once got rid of a family of racoons living under our house when we first moved in and planted a garden without fencing it in. We will always use Horizon to keep our home bug-free as long as we are living here. Thank you and keep up the good work! The Wallers more

A truly dependable and honest company. 11/18/2012

We have been serviced by Junior Santana since we began doing business with your company. He is the most pleasnat and knowledgeable customer rep we have ever dealt with. He is so polite and takes such care not to track dirt into the house, he feels more like a friend than a service rep. He has totally taken care of our problem with field mice and other bothersome critters. We have had oone or two other servicemen in the past, all very nice and polite but we must say Junior is our favorite. more
