Not only is Horizon a great company, but Tyrone is the BEST technician who gets the job done with a huge smile. Tyrone is pleasant, efficient, kind and honest. He makes me and my boys feel comfortable and safer knowing that he was there and has been progress with our cricket problem. He goes above and beyond and we thank him!!!
