We have been Horizon customers for many years and have always been given prompt and couteous service whther it is our annual treatment or a a specialty situation. Nelson was here last week and was extememly couteous and above all efficient. Thanks a lot! more

This was my 2ND year with your company and has been a very good experience. Your Technicians are very learned in their field. The Tech that I had on 4/27/2011 was excellent. In my opinion he went above the call of duty. He did take a sample of a bug I had and didn't want to make a wrong decision so he took it with him to have an expert look at it and get back to me. We have 4 seasons program with Horizon and have had it for years. We never have a problem and when we have had an emergency or question, we get great, prompt service. Junior is the best! more

We have been using Horizon for years. We are on the 4x a year plan. We have never had an issue with the co. They come over right away for emergencies too. We especially like the employee Junior! he is knowledgable, sweet and polite! Keep up the good work. more

Problem Solved 3/28/2011

I would just like to take the opportunity to express our thanks and gratitude to your team of pest control experts. Recently we had experienced an infestation of roaches which was most likely from a shipment from one of our vendors in the opinion of your service technician. Due to the fact that we have never had any problems in the two years we were at our location. When we spoke to your team of experts they summized a plan of attack which was right on point with your applications and time frame to bring things first under control then to completely eliminate our issues. I would like to say thank you for an excellent service level, communication and follow up to our concerns. more

Recent visit 3/27/2011

Very happy with service, however, last visit no one was home so internal work could not be done, and with two feet of snow impossible to do outside analysis. It would have been better to call ahead to insure someone was home and to come back for service when snow melted. more

Excellent service 3/26/2011

The people at Horizon are most helpful, from the person who answers the phone, to the technicians who come to one's house. In scheduling service with a two-hour window, Nicole and others have gone out of their way to help me by phoning the technician in the truck to see exactly when he would arrive at my house. A small thing, but one of the reasons Horizon has been successful for so long. more

THE COMPANY IS VERY HELPFUL, EMPATHETIC AND PROFESSIONAL. OUR EXTERMINATOR JACOB WAS ALL OF THE ABOVE AND MORE. MORE HAS BECOME KNOWN ABOUT OUR SPECIFIC ISSUE SINCE TREATMENT. IF I NEED THE SERVICE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS, I WOULD WORK WITH YOUR COMPANY AND THAT SPECIFIC EXTERMINATOR. more

Horizon Pest are very knowledgeable and patient to help me understand the issues in my house. They applied the most effective techniques to rid us of pests. They have excellent follow up service and easy appointment making procedures. We are very pleased with our decision for Horizon to manage our home. A+ all around. Thanks Horizon. more
