Horizon Pest Control was very good. The men who came over were were very pleasant, helpful, and couldn't have been any nicer. They set out traps and got rid of the mice in the basement and throughout the house. They did a good job. more

Horizon Pest Control did what they said they were going to do. When I had to call them back after finding more ants and things, they came back right away and got rid of them free of charge. The young man who helped me directly was very courteous and pleasant. more

Horizon Pest Control came to spray for a really bad ant problem that we had here. They took care of it. When we had a few more creep up later, Horizon came out again to get rid of them just as quickly. It was all very convenient and efficient! more

Horizon Pest Control does monthly maintenance for us. They come on time and are punctual. The exterminator is pleasant and professional. If there's an emergency situation, they immediately respond and get the work done promptly. They're dependable and reliable. The prices are reasonable relative to their industry. more

We had a rat that came into the house through the garage. I called Horizon Pest Control and they came right away. They set the traps and we caught the rat on that very night. It was really scary. We had the cops down at first, then Horizon came. I was afraid for my mother (she's 104 years old). Horizon even came back a few weeks later to check if anything else had been caught in the traps. I've been using them for 3 years now and I wouldn't use anyone else. We have a problem with ants too. Horizon comes, the ants go, and I'm happy. The ants start coming up in April and I call immediately to deal with them. I highly recommend Horizon Pest Control. more

Horizon Pest Control was wonderful. Both of the fellows who came to house were very nice, very good, and explained things to me. I had a squirrel up in the attic. We had traps up there and everything else, but nothing got rid of them. The squirrels were destroying things up there and had even made a hole through the siding of the house. Once Horizon Pest control came, they patched things up. I couldn't get up there and see what they had done, but whatever it was it must have been a very good job. There are no more squirrels. I'm glad to be rid of them. more

I run a small condo management business and we have Horizon Pest Control on a monthly service plan. Two of my associations have a proactive preventive measures done and it works out just fine. When we do have problems, they're right there, and when we had to change dates or needed special services, they're spot-on. There have been no problems at all. I've been using their services for at least 8 years now. more

I have Horizon Pest Control's Home Guard, Yard Guard, and Stinkbug Protection services. I'm happy with the responsiveness of the company, as well as how easy it is to schedule appointments. Their followup has been great ever since I started using them in March. more

I've used Horizon Pest Control for about four or five years now. These guys have worked on two of my houses because I have a lot of confidence in them. I trust them. I trust that they'll do what they say whether I'm here or not! Another reason I selected them is because they're local, and I like to give business to local operations. more

Horizon is TERRIFIC. 10/1/2013

I have Dan from Horizon Pest Control. I used to have Dennis, but he retired. When Horizon comes, they are so friendly. They do the job, which sometimes takes a half-hour or forty minutes to be all done. When I had trouble with mice in the attic, Dan came to the rescue! I also had birds in my shutters, and Dan recommended another Horizon guy who could really take care of that problem. Everything's just been great with these guys. more

Horizon is thorough, quick, and does the trick! 9/30/2013

Luke and Horizon Pest Control were wonderful. He came, helped me out with my raccoon problem, and was very thorough, which made me feel confident. I can't handle animals in the attic alone. Luke was great. He checked everything twice. Sure enough, the raccoon tried to get through a couple weeks ago and Luke came back and really secured it and checked everything again. He gave me a lot of confidence. He was very polite and very professional. Horizon is very caring; they put your mind at ease. It's a hard thing to go through and they're there for you. more

Happy with them! Would recommend them! 9/27/2013

Horizon Pest Control always does termite inspection on a yearly basis like clockwork. We had some bees one time and I don't like to use chemicals that could possibly harm us or the dogs. So they came out and eradicated the bees from my house without using chemicals. Last year, we had a mice problem and they came in and took care of it and within two weeks, it cleared up. We've just never had a problem with them. They pretty much do exactly what you want to do. more

The Horizon Pest Control guy who comes is always either the same guy, or at least someone that I already know well. We have a contract with them for maintenance and have worked with them for about ten years. They do a good job! They're clean when they're in the house, and they do a very thorough service. more

They got rid of the mold and ants. 9/25/2013

I tried contacting a representative from Horizon Pest Control to ask if they do weed control, and they never got back to me. That's why the whole experience wasn't a full five. They did do mold treatment for me after the storms, though, and that was very good. It got done! They also totally got rid of the ant problem I'd been dealing with. more

When our regular technician from Horizon Pest Control, Jeff Arroyo, comes to our property, the service is 100% outstanding. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and does a great job for us. He always keeps us well informed. It's a pleasure working with him and we love to have him come to our property. Occasionally, we have someone other than Jeff. The service is still good, but not at that exceptional level that Jeff brings. That's why we always ask for Jeff. Overall, we have been very satisfied with Horizon Pest Control. more
