Horizon Pest Control came out to our business to get rid of our pest problem. If we had any problems afterwards, they came right back to resolve them. They were very responsive. We had a great experience with them. We would highly recommend them. more

Good company and I would use them 9/9/2013

Horizon Pest Control is a good company. I've been using them for four years. They come once a month to do the extermination work at our building. I had them come out once for a couple of bee's nests. Someone came out to look at the job and then came back to do the job. The technician didn't have the proper ladder and wanted to use mine. That was the only bad experience I had. I had another time when there was a bee's nest at my house. They came when they said they would and they did a good job. They're a great company. Just make sure that if you have something that is off the beaten path that they bring the right equipment with them! more

Junior visited our home yesterday to perform the regular inspection and service. As always, Junior provided a thorough check and a complete explanation of the activity which he found. 8/27/2013

In addition to Junior's thorough and complete inspection of the interior (top of house to bottom) and exterior, Junior found dampness in the corner of our basement and then Junior uncovered the malfunction of our sprinkler system when he was doing his regular inspection of the exterior of our home. Junior took the time to alert me of the malfunction and show me the water which had accumulated outside the house and caused the dampness in the house. We are eternally grateful for Junior's astuteness and commitment to excellent service. His representation of the company is exemplary and brings us to always recommend Horizon (in addition to always solving any rodent problem!) John and Becky Jordan more

Horizon Pest control takes care of all my pest control from insects to mice. I think the service person they usually send over is very thorough and efficient. They seem to have taken care of the critters. I've been with them for a few years. They've just always been reliable and efficient and take care of business. more

Very happy with our technician and experience 8/23/2013

This review serves mostly to highlight our tech, Daniel E., license # 29321B. We've had a great relationship with him from the beginning. He's extremely thorough, helps us to understand what he is doing, and gives us tips and advice. He also makes us feel comfortable. But today, in addition to his great service, he just went above and beyond. When he checked in after completing his outdoor service, I was in the middle of a focal seizure (not convulsive) - and absolutely confused. He stepped in, asked me if I needed help, I told him I needed my magnet, he asked if he had permission to look - seriously! and then ran through the house to help me. He's been a great tech all along, and I've always told him that, but he really went out of his way today. Like searching couch cushions. Then sitting with me for a few minutes to ensure my safety. Not only is that an amazing employee, that is an amazing person. I hope he can be recognized for that. Thank you again, Dan. more

Been with Horizon for more then ten years. As far as I'm concerned, there is no other pest control company in the phone book. I've been working with Lisa for years and her professionalism and knowledge is exceptional!!!!!! more

Prompt, efficient, and professional. 8/21/2013

We had ants and Horizon Pest Control were able to take care of them. It was a very smooth process. They made it convenient for us. They were very professional and treated us with a tremendous amount of respect. We have dogs and they were very mindful of the dogs and chemicals and things. I would highly recommend their service. more

Junior - A Professional Technician 8/14/2013

Junior has been servicing my house in Wyckoff for years. I first signed on in 97 when I purchsed the house. Through out the years from bees nest in the trees to normal routine treatments in the 4 seasons program, Junior and the team at Horizon have been there for me in an instant. You can count on Horizon as much as the sun coming up tomorrow! more

Bob was very professional and did his job in a timely fashion. 7/12/2013

On July 12 Bob came to do an exterior spray on our home. He informed me of what he would be doing and did so in a timely professional manner. When he had completed his job Bob left all of the necessary paperwork for me. more
