Thanks for responding same day 11/10/2011

I called Horizon Pest Control on October 3 because I heard noises in the walls and ceiling. Horizon sent someone to investigate the problem and had a technician respond on the same day. Both employees were very professional. When I called again, Anthony came to my home on October 19. He spent the time to investigate the cause of the problem. He recommended a solution and was able to handle on the same day rather than coming back on another day. This is very important especially when you need to take time from the job. I appreciated the fact that the employees are focused on the needs of the customer and want to address the problem. more

I just had prompt, friendly, and outstanding service from an employee named Tyrone. He was pleasant and professional from the minute he pulled in my driveway till the minute he left. I would definitely say he is an asset to the company and I will stay with horizon based on his professionalism. more

Annual termite inspection 9/3/2011

Tom T did our annual termite inspection. He was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. And he was gracious as my basement was a mess since we were prepping for Hurricane Irene. It's a pleasure doing business with your company. more

Effectiveness of Horizon 8/15/2011

We have had an Horizon Pest Control contract for several years and as a result all of our bug issues have been resolved. When we call with a problem Horizon is very responsive and resolves the issue within 24 hours. Our biggest issue were cave crickets. By using Horizon, we have eliminated cave crickets in our home. Joel usually treats our home on a quarterly basis and he is pleasant to deal with. Joel has a pleasant personality and always answers any pest questions we have with excellent detail. In our opinion, Joel is a model Horizon employee. more

Antonio and Miguel are outstanding, they are very hard workers and polite as can be..Mrs was a teacher for 30 years and she knows good young men when she sees them..Mr claims out company in a whole if fantastic..office staff and Denise are wonderful and always bend over backwards to help her and meet her needs..Always speaks to me and wanted the thank me personally for an amazing job..also says as always Junior is the best... more

Great Service For Yellow Jacket Nests 8/6/2011

The young man who came to my house was very knowledgeable, courteous, right on time and took care of our yellow jacket problem. The bees had been extremely aggressive and a worker at our home had gotten stung 3 times that morning. I have not seen the bees since the treatment. Thanks again for wonderful service! more

I contacted Horizon after seeing truck servicing a neighbor. I talked to Bob the tech(Lic.#530153) and Horizon called me. Well, Bob came back to do the job on Sat.8/6/11. I was very impressed with the job that was done,he was very professional and did everything and also some that I forgot about, but he spotted. more

Excellent Professional Service 8/5/2011

We had our house treated in June for carpenter ants and it was done quickly and professionally. Ant activity ceased. When we saw some new activity in new places in July we called Horizon back. Anthony came out and reevaluated all previously sprayed areas, did a thorough examination of new areas, explained his findings to me clearly, explained the additional treatment he would provide and answered all of my questions regarding the chemical used. He was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the service I received and can highly recommend Horizon based on Anthony's work and the response of the rest of the staff. more

Hornet nest 7/17/2011

Rich was here 2 weeks ago and efficiently sprayed a foot wide hornet's nest. He said in five days it would be OK to take down with a hose. Haven't seen a single hornet since! Many thanks. more
