I was disappointed with the first service man as I thought he should have been more thorough & gone into the attic space to check where I said I heard the problem. He was average but I guess I expected more.
I would like to comment Anthony McGowan for his very thorough job on a very hot day. He checked out the entire attic space & also indicated two spots he thought need repair.
