Both Jeffrey Arroyo and Glenn Alicchio have gone above and beyond with service to my home -for what is an embarassing and overwhelming rodent issue that my husband and I tried for weeks to control but were losing the battle! At wits end, both the tech and consultant reviewed the situation, listened and responded thoroughly and switfty by evaluating, developing a treatment plan, scheduling and following up. Jeffery even called to check on the progress when he wasn't even scheduled to visit the home. The treatment plan was exactly what we needed and we are reclaiming our home. I greatly appreciate Jeffrey's time and review of the situation, even identifying areas of concern and advising on a resolution.
