Junior was right on time Wednesday morning and did the most thorough check I've ever seen from anyone at Horizon. He went above and beyond looking at every square inch of our house inside and out and carefully explained what's going through the minds of the pests we have. A really good guy who cares about his work and takes it seriously. more

Professional and cusrtomer oriented - that refers to both the "inspection staff" and the office personnel. 2/20/2014

When contacting Horizon, the office personnel quickly establishes a fine rapport with us, and is is always accommodating in making appointments or changing one. The site inspectors are great! Junior Santana has visited us many times in our years with Horizon, and he is quick to share his knowledge with us; his explanations of what he does, why he does it, and any needed treatments are easily comprehended and sensible. He has established a strong bond of trust and professional rapport. more

Excellent 1/29/2014

Back in October 2013, I called Horizon because of a mice problem in my attic. They sent over Juan Maldonado the next day to help with this problem. Juan was very thorough in planting the mice bait and gave me detailied information in regards to where the bait was placed. Juan was very knowledgable with suggestions on how to prevent mice from coming back. I paid for a 3 month service contract and I requested Juan to come back for the inspection. Each time Juan arrived he was courteous and punctual. I will definitely recommend any person to use Horizon as their staff is superb. more

Awesome Customer Service 1/23/2014

I wanted to thank two of your techs Ervin and Anthony (Animal Control) These guys are awesome!!! I have been dealing with mice for a couple of months now and these guys have been helping me since I called Horizon. We are very close to getting rid of them and honestly without these guys I don't feel I could have done it. I only want these two gentlemen at my house moving forward. These two guys treat my home as if it's theirs. I highly recommend them when calling into Horizon. Thanks Guys!!!! more

Great Service 1/20/2014

I wanted to specifically mention two of Horizon's personal: First Ervin ALWAYS goes the extra mile, he is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I have referred multiple people to Horizon but always tell them to ask for Ervin. Second it is always a pleasure speaking with Nancy to set up and appointment or answer any questions. Just a great company but most important great employees!!! more

Prompt, courteous, professional service 11/20/2013

I had used Horizon Pest Control at my previous home, so I called them again when I moved into my new house and found out I had a mice problem. They took care of the problem very well. They come when they say the will, and they guarantee their work. The servicemen are prompt and do their jobs well. more

We had a bed bug problem, so we called Horizon Pest Control to come in and spray. After the first time, it was better. After the second time, everything seemed to have calmed down. Everyone we dealt with was fine, too. more

Extremely thorough. Happy with my visit. 11/14/2013

Anthony McGovern came to take a look at a woodpecker issue and a pest issue in the attic. He did a very thorough inspection around the outside of the house as well as the attic which was not very easy to get around in. He found the pest's main entry point to the attic and determined the that it was actually flying squirrels. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Horizon Pest Control. I also want to note that I previously used another company and their service did not compare to the attention to detail and knowledge that I received with Anthony. more

Top shelf company! 11/13/2013

Horizon Pest Control initially came to my first house in New Jersey to deal with issues of mice in the basement. I felt like they went above and beyond in educating me in taking care of the problem. We also had some spider issues and they came out for that. In the new house, we had carpenter ants and I had to call them back a couple of times for that issue and they continued to return with no hesitation. I'm a real estate agent as well so I refer my clients to them all the time because I believe they do good work. You'd be hard-pressed to find another company as responsive and thorough in getting the job done. David Rodney more

I don't remember whether we actually found something down there or if Horizon Pest Control just did a check up of the place, but everything looked good and I was happy with the service. We haven't seen any pests or anything down there since they've come. They had good customer service and were very helpful. They were easy to deal with and very efficient. more

The outcome of a service call from Horizon Pest Control depends on the technician you get. I like the technician I have now. His name is John and he is extremely thorough. All in all, Horizon has really helped me a lot and I really appreciate the company. Their customer service is excellent. Their technicians are all excellent as well, but I would really like to make sure I keep the one I have now. When I call the office everyone is so nice. They are very helpful, nice, and professional. They try to accommodate dates that fit both the technician's and my own schedule. They call promptly and always give correct information. If they say he's coming, I know he's coming. more

I needed a company that could get rid of mice and insects. I went to a Company that I had used on another home I own. I was very happy with the service that I received from Anthony and requested him again when I needed Horizon's Service at my parents house. more
