The only reason we go to Brien Ford is because it is close.

Friendly service as always 3/1/2014

Brendan got my oil change done faster than predicted. My only criticism is that the fuel injection cleaning services that I supposedly declined were in the paperwork but never brought up verbally. I will discuss them next time. more

I have been coming to Brien Ford for years & I'm never disappointed. Service is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and done in a timely manner. Love getting the "free drink" coupon & also the free carwash too! Keep up the good work! more

He was willing to have my vehicle brought into your shop and diagnose what the problem was. Even though I argued with him he stood his ground and when I cooled off I realized he was right. I went back and apologized to him and after it was all said and done he told me I was still welcome at your shop. more

everyone I encountered during my service were super friendly and helpful. Rico, service manager, Larry,the shuttle guy, and I forgot her name, but the cashier woman were all wonderful. The work done was quality and prompt. more
