I called to set an appointment for an oil change and they were able to get me in same day. I decided to wait while my car was being worked on. The complimentary drink from the coffee stand was much appreciated especially since it was a cold/rainy day. The waiting room was not busy at all so that was also a plus. I've been to a few different ford dealerships to get my car worked on and none was as painless as going to brien ford. I'll definitely be coming here again.
