Great Customer Service 6/21/2016

Our air conditioner wasn't working during a recent heat wave. After calling a few other places on Friday afternoon without success, we called Doctor Fix-Itand they were able to get a technician out the next day. Our technician, Shane, showed up on time and identified and fixed the problem right away. His explanation of the problem was thorough but quick. In no time our A/C was back to working normal. more

Excellent Service and Attitdue 5/16/2016

Ulises A and Jason H....Fantastic job! Was able to make it happen within a 10 hour window and cruised through all the road bumps during installation. Professionalism at its finest. Problems with Heating 5/5/2016

I came home from work the other day may 3rd and my house was extremely HOT!!! Now it was 60 or higher degrees outside so I thought maybe one of my kids accidently turned up the heat, well that wasn't the case, my thermostat said 70 degrees even though the house felt like 150 degrees, I called Doctor Fix it have used them in the past and I was told someone would come out later that day and I went to run a few errands and was called and told the technician was sitting out front my house so I told them I would be there in a few minutes, sitting in a construction zone and it took a little longer to get home but I was thankful the tech. waited, anyway long story short Shane was extremely nice and patient and walked right in to my home saw what the problem was and fixed it asap and very knowledgeable and kind and explained everything so I understood what to do if there were an emergency, I have always received excellent service from the technicians at Doctor Fix it and Shane is right on top and will be using them in the future. more

Great service 4/4/2016

Detlef did a great job of fixing my plugged up toilet. He also fixed my very slow draining bath drain. He has come to my house before and has always been very polite and helpful. I know when he comes that my plumbing problems will be fixed quickly and done right the first time. more

I had an issue with my water pump for my furnace. It was leaking. I called Doctor Fix-It, and they can right out. Shane was friendly and professional. He replaced the pump and it seems to be good now! Much appreciated! more

Furnace Fix! 3/31/2016

Marshall from Doctor Fix It did a great job of getting our heat back on here in Denver on a very cold day! Showed up quick, knowledgeable and able to explain the problem in "furnace speak" even I could understand! Highly recommend both Marshall and Doctor Fix It. more

Doctor Fix-It was fast and friendly 3/31/2016

During the last blizzard we lost power and when it came back on we only had power to part of our house. I checked the power company site and was directed to call an electrician to fix the problem. We called Doctor Fix-it. They weren't going to be able to see us until the following Monday but when I told them we didn't have any power they worked us into the schedule for that day. Tony S was the electrician that came to our house. He quickly diagnosed the issue and directed us back to the power company and provided us with the information to tell them what the problem was. He was very professional and friendly. We appreciated that they worked us into the schedule and were so helpful. We will call Doctor Fix-It again in the future. more

Great Plumbing Experience 3/4/2016

Justin came out to diagnose water pipe noise during high water demands. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue as most likely the water meter (he even has his own stethoscope !). He stayed for me to call the water department and he described his findings. The water department came out, replaced the meter and all is quiet now. Justin was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Doctor Fix-It. more

The knowledge and technical experitse you want when it's your home - Eric , Gerry H, and Joseph 3/2/2016

We had a corroded leaking cast iron waste pipe that ran above our furnace in the basement. We needed a new gas water heater, and wanted a water efficient toilet. The problem waste pipe was the first priority. We got 5 estimates for the waste pipe replacement, and only 2 estimators understood the problem and its solution; Eric was one of them. For half the cost quoted by the other person, we also got an energy efficient gas water heater and the new water efficient toilet. Thanks Eric! Then Gerry H and Joseph did the most of the work, with Eric helping when he had time. And they did a thorough and professional job. They started on Friday morning, woked all day, and then Gerry came back for most of Saturday to finish. The Denver city inspection went just fine. So my husband and I are more than happy to recommend these folks. more

Great job. 2/5/2016

Jason came to my house, very professional, wore the plastic booties over his shoes. I have small children, gave me estimate and did inspection. He was able to do the work on the spot. That was helpful and he even worked late until the job was finished the right way. They guarentee their work for 2 years and prices are comparable to other plumbing. Thank you! more

Very professional and conscientious 1/31/2016

Eric came on day 1 for a routine furnace cleaning and an estimate for a new water heater. This was the first time I had this furnace cleaned (new to houser). He explained the parts and what he looks at during the cleaning. He pointed out some issues/problems (a rusting and a hole in the vent). The following day Jason and Matt came out to fix the issues, install a hot water heater and install a water line to the refrigerator. They made sure everything was cleaner when they left then when they came, they always made sure they had their protective boot covers on when they entered the house, and they removed them each time the left the living area of the house, and so far everything is working great. The new hot water heater is a big improvement and the furnace is running much better. more

Snowing outside but no longer freezing in the house :) 1/7/2016

The technician, Justin B. was so professional and polite. He arrived on time. Once he had a chance to look at the furnace he knew what he had to do in seconds. A part was needed and he went out, picked it up and was back in a flash. The furnace was up and running perfect in no time. The price was a nice surprise as well. Thank you so much. Furnace repair on a cold Friday night 12/24/2015
