I came home from work the other day may 3rd and my house was extremely HOT!!! Now it was 60 or higher degrees outside so I thought maybe one of my kids accidently turned up the heat, well that wasn't the case, my thermostat said 70 degrees even though the house felt like 150 degrees, I called Doctor Fix it have used them in the past and I was told someone would come out later that day and I went to run a few errands and was called and told the technician was sitting out front my house so I told them I would be there in a few minutes, sitting in a construction zone and it took a little longer to get home but I was thankful the tech. waited, anyway long story short Shane was extremely nice and patient and walked right in to my home saw what the problem was and fixed it asap and very knowledgeable and kind and explained everything so I understood what to do if there were an emergency, I have always received excellent service from the technicians at Doctor Fix it and Shane is right on top and will be using them in the future.
