Eric with Doctor Fix-It came out to help diagnose an error code we were receiving on our tankless water heater. He was the first technician I have dealt with that knew what the issue was with it and provided helpful information throughout the whole process. I will definitely use them again in the future. more

replaced parts for water heater and garbage disposal 6/11/2017

my garbage disposal was shot and Justin replaced it with a new one and needed upgrades with my water pressure of water heater and rod. Justin explained everything in detail what I needed to have done, and how everything would better equip longer time spans for my water heater to last and I like the fact of having things explained so you know whats going on and understand and gave my an excellent deal. Plumbing Service 3/20/2017

Muris was terrific. He explained everything thoroughly, the problem and what was needed to fix it. He went over the charges for all of the work and what he was going to do and why. Everything was kept covered and very clean while he did his work in the crawl space. more

Justin was excellent. He had checked our account before he arrived and asked more history plumbing questions to diagnosis the problem. He explained everything so we could understand it. Justin's work was superb, clean and timely. We knew exactly what needed to be done and what he was going to do and the charges that would be involved. This is the second time he has been here and I will keep asking for him whenever necessary. more

We've been really impressed with Doctor Fix It. We turned out to have some really difficult repairs, and they have always stuck with us and seen the job done right without extra charges. Our latest visit was from Jose C. who did a great job with the repair, walked me through the issues clearly and patiently, and gave great advice. more

Ryan took down an old light fixture in my kitchen dining area and installed a new fixture. For starters, the new light required two people which would result in a reschedule and a delay in the installation. With company coming for Christmas I desperately wanted the new fixture. Ryan was willing to give the job a chance. Ryan kept facing new obstacles through the process of hanging my light. He faced each one with excellent problem solving skills and a positive attitude. I'm very grateful! more

Pipe burst 12/9/2016

Joseph came out today after a pipe burst in my home and flooded a room. He was very informative and very professional. Price was also reasonable. Kitchen faucet 12/5/2016

I had Joseph come out to my house today after diagnosing the issue he found out that I had low pressure issue was caused due to our kitchen Faucet. We purchased a new one with him he installed it and did a wonderful job will highly recommend Joseph and Dr. fix it in the future more
