Jason came out to troubleshoot a red fill light on an Aprilaire steam humidifier. He actually was able to come out earlier than planned, which helped. He was courteous and knowledgable and got the job done as quickly as possible. This a new humidifier to me so he gave me some maintenance pointers and left with the machine working properly. I've been using Dr. Fix It for major plumbing and HVAC repairs & upgrades since 2011 and they have been fantastic every single time. more

Jason & Shayne were my water heater & furnace techs. Both were professional, courteous and on time. Jason did a sediment flush & provided options on replacement since it is near the end of its life. Shayne also provided repair & replacement options for my furnace which is also near its end of life. The only negative was charging $150 to replace a $5 run capacitor and takes only a few minutes -- this was the standard price in their price list; that seemed excessive. more

I would like to thank Jon Miller for his outstanding help in getting my sewer problem repaired. When I contacted Jon it was the holiday weekend and he was away on vacation. He still returned my call and helped me to get onto the Doctor Fix-It schedule. The dispatcher (Alicia) was very responsive and worked with me to get on the schedule calling me back during the holiday weekend to offer me a better time when it became available. The visiting technician (Jamie) that helped to determine the problem was so professional and courteous that I didn’t feel any pressure or anger. Jon came out to verify his findings and share the camera view with me. Once we saw the problem (Roots in the line), Jon wrote up my options and let me decide what I wanted them to do. My decision was to replace the Tap to the city line. This was going to be a major street repair. Jon had to get a city Permit besides coordinating the utility companies, the city inspector, the cement company and his crew. I was very impressed on how all this happened in just the one day. Doctor Fix-It came highly recommended to me by my neighbor and I would also like to highly recommend them. Marshall, the tech that did our annual maintenance check on our furnace and AC, did a thorough job. He ran several tests and explained the results. He cleaned out our AC which was full of dirt. He also made recommendations we can do to improve the efficiency of the furnace and AC. Marshall was very professional and we were impressed with his knowledge about the furnace and AC. We would call Marshall if anything came up in the future. more

Eric was very professional and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with everything he told me about the basement. The information Eric gave me was so different from what other companies had told me and I was very skeptical of them so I did further research before I ever called Doctor Fix-It. I asked a man at my church if he knew of a good honest company to come look at my basement and he gave me Doctor Fix-It name and I called immediatey and they were right there to help.
