NEW AIR CONDITIONER 6/16/2018

Matt was on time for my appointment and he went right to work after he arrived. My new air conditioner seemed to stop working efficiently about three to four months after it was installed. Matt found the problem after an extensive search and corrected it. He explained each step to me and why my unit probably stopped working properly. He also maintained the outer unit as it was full of cotton, this is an important step because the unit could over heat. Matt was professional in his approach; for example we discussed the importance of changing the two inch air filters on a regular basis. I intend to request that Matt return for my mainteance intervals. I would recommend him to any customer of Dr. Fixit. I give him five gold stars for his time at my house. more

Doctor Fix-It Plumbing & Heating - Julio Garza 5/20/2018

I have been using Doctor Fix-It for several years now and am still very happy with their service and their service techs. Julio Garza did my yearly furnace inspection recently and he was extremely thorough and detailed. His knowledge of my furnace type and the company's products was impressive. Julian and Rodrigo - Great Job on Air Ducts! 5/2/2018

Julian and Rodrigo did a great job when they came last week for air duct cleaning! They were professional and efficient. Both were very polite and professional. They made sure to help keep an eye on my kitty so she didn't run out the door as they came in and out. They also did a great job fixing the attachment on my dryer vent and leaving everything clean and in it's place once they were finished. more

Plumbing Repair 5/1/2018

Brian did a excellent job replacing our old toilet with a new one and shut off valve. He was very courteous and knowledgeable in the plumbing trade. Before he left, the place was clean and spotless. We had Doctor Fixit before in Oct. replacing a sprinkler shut-off valve and they did a good job. Both jobs were reasonable in price. more

The office staff an technician were very professional, and the service was timely (same-day). Kudos to all staff involved. I do feel like we paid way too much to what amounted to a 45-minute job, but the job was something I didn't want to do myself, and wanted to have done quickly. more

This was a good experience for us. Dr.FixIt from the office staff to the technicians was a “wow.” Jose was came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional, relational and you could tell he LOVED his job...he has a passion for what he does. Answered ALL our questions. We got other quotes, but this was overall the best for us. I encourage you to at least go through the process with the Doctor...you won’t be disappointed and you will be educated. The technicians installed all day yesterday and it’s to our complete satisfaction and even joy. Thanks Jose and team....well done.... more

Diagnose Furnance Problem 4/3/2018

The field supervisor and his associate spent considerably time trouble-shooting why my furnace wouldn't turn on. The FS asked me the right questions about the problem and spent more than the time needed to assess the problem. The original problem was fixed to my satisfaction. Both technicians were very polite and courteous. more

Customer service 3/26/2018

Was late showing up for scheduled appointment which was the first of the day. I had to contact them so they could track down the representative. Then was told it would cost a minimum of $500 to install a toilet which was already purchased. I am no plumber nor claim to be one but for $500; that is unbelievable. more

New Furnace 3/15/2018

Ken G and Ralphael installed a new furnace and humidifier for us. These two guys were so pleasant to work with and did such a great job! I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. It is so nice to work with these two professionals. They deserve 100 Gold Stars!! more
