Review content:
Eric came on day 1 for a routine furnace cleaning and an estimate for a new water heater. This was the first time I had this furnace cleaned (new to houser). He explained the parts and what he looks at during the cleaning. He pointed out some issues/problems (a rusting and a hole in the vent). The following day Jason and Matt came out to fix the issues, install a hot water heater and install a water line to the refrigerator. They made sure everything was cleaner when they left then when they came, they always made sure they had their protective boot covers on when they entered the house, and they removed them each time the left the living area of the house, and so far everything is working great. The new hot water heater is a big improvement and the furnace is running much better.
