Last week as I restarted my 2006 Optima I noticed that the RPM reading remained at Zero and was not responding. I headed straight to the Kia dealer where I was treated warmly by Devin Henry. After inquiring as to the problem the data was gathered on my car. With in several hours of dropping the car off Devin called to let me know the extent of the problem and then call later to let me know it was completed. There are not enough adjectives to describe the Pleasant experience. Devin Henry and the crew deserve a BIG pat on the back for their customer service. I have always been an Advocate of Good Customer Service and certainly The Staff at Hanna Kia Deserve the the tile of Good Customer Service. more
