We looked at Acuras on the Web and randomly walked into Courtesy Acura last week to buy an MDX. We were met by salesperson Rick Armijo for a test drive. Before we got into the MDX, Rick suggested that, given the competitive cars we’d been considering, an RDX might be a better fit. A sales guy recommending a less expensive car? There was a first! We drove an RDX and bought one from Rick the same day. But there was another reason. Unlike our experience in the three previous dealerships (Subaru, Ford, and Honda) we’d visited, Rick understood that my wife was a more-than-equal partner in our decision. Notice to women: Courtesy Acura lives up to its name…and not just talking under the hood to guys. more

We bought our Acura the and have had it serviced there.Sandy is our service rep and is always friendy and honest. The car is always ready on or before the promised time and is done right and washed. A loaner is always available for any service greater than an oil change. more

As someone who is very picky about who services his vehicle (2005 TSX), I have been to many Honda/Acura dealerships and service repair centers in the areas around Denver and Golden. These have included, but are not limited to; Planet Honda, Ralph Schomp Honda, Gaylord's Garage, Flatirons Acura, and Burt Kuni Honda.\r \r Courtesy Acura has been my primary source of maintenance on my car since purchase a few years ago because of their honesty and professionalism. Have they done every service or maintenance without issue? No, but none of the dealerships have. Everyone makes mistakes, and everyone will have a sub-par service from time to time. What differentiates Courtesy Acura from other locations is how they handle the situation when it arises. Where the other locations have simply blown the issues off and make excuses, Courtesy Acura actually takes matters seriously and remedies the situation more than appropriately. They are also have some of the most honest advisors around; with Andy Fiedler being my first choice. Not only are they straight forward with their information, but they are genuinely willing to discuss matters with you. Being a mechanical engineer, the ability to discuss exactly what is going on in a technical manner is very important to me. I don't like being talked down to as if I don't know the difference between a camshaft and a crankshaft, and I don't like having the details glossed over. While I know they can explain everything to those who may not know, they don't automatically assume and treat you like an idiot. They are also willing to provide proof of what they say needs or does not need maintenance. If I ask anyone at many other dealerships for proof that my transmission fluid is dirty or that my brake pads need replacing immediately, I get scoffed at as if proof is not something I get, and I should just pony up my money.\r \r The only downside I can say to this dealership is that they are more expensive that most of the other dealerships I have been to. Usually it's a marginal increase in price, which is completely worth it for the peace of mind and service advisors. Sometimes, as I found when quoting my clutch replacement, they are quite a bit more expensive than competitors. However, I have found out that going with a lower cost repair does in fact mean you get a lower quality repair. In saving $800 by going to a small Honda/Acura shop to replace my clutch, I almost had significant damage to my car due to their poor re-assembly techniques. I strongly recommend spending the extra cash, and get a reliable repair almost every time at Courtesy Acura. more

I bought my MDX at Courtesy Acura a while back, and even though it is a bit away from Broomfield, decided to take the car there for its A1 maintenance service. Great decision. Zachary Nelson did a great job with the car, the service was completed on time, and all questions I had were answered precisely. Great job guys. Glad we drove a bit more to buy and service the car there. more

We were not expecting to make a decision on a vehicle and had done two weeks worth of research on vehicles, pricing etc. We ended up buying from Charell Robinson at Courtesy Acura and are very satisfied with both the dealership, price and service. Charrell is great to work with and the car we bought is really nice too and in our price range. more

The staff is friendly and helpful; the prices are reasonable; and the work is consistently reliable. Most recently I had routine maintenance done on my 2001 TL. Just bought a used 2009 TL with the excellent assistance from both Rick and Sean. From the first day I visited the dealer, Sean was amazing and never pressured me into doing what I did not want to do. We was knowledgeable and friendly. Rick also helped us while Sean was busy selling more cars. Rick took great care of us and answered all our questions. Zsaree went the extra mile and hand delivered (out to my house in Parker)some last minute paperwork. She really knows what customer service is all about. My overall experience at Courtesy Acura was the best that I could ever imagine. My experience was great. First time service customer to Courtesy. First call in was pleasant and on point. Person on the phone gave a quote which was accurate when I was done. Service writer Michelle was bright and chipper at 7am. They checked me in quickly and offered a loaner car even though I was not on warrantee or had purchased from them. My car was done exactly when they said it would be. Michelle was just as friendly and chipper as she had been at 7. Great experience.\r Thank you Courtesy and Michelle.\r more

As always when coming to Courtesy Acura I get helped out like they are truly concerned on how my MDX is doing. I had the chance to work with Sandy whom has helped me in the past once before and again took great care of me! He had explained why I did not need my tires balanced and rotated (since I had planned on doing this with my oil change) which you would think would be uncommon at a car service dept. Most dealerships try to talk you into doing everything and anything and it adds up fast! He did explain that I needed a new battery and that mine would probably quit soon without me knowing this was going to happen and explaining the testing they do for this. I am always pleased with how professional and fast they are with the cars. I will continue to use Courtesy Acura, thank you-Kaitlin more
