As always when coming to Courtesy Acura I get helped out like they are truly concerned on how my MDX is doing. I had the chance to work with Sandy whom has helped me in the past once before and again took great care of me! He had explained why I did not need my tires balanced and rotated (since I had planned on doing this with my oil change) which you would think would be uncommon at a car service dept. Most dealerships try to talk you into doing everything and anything and it adds up fast! He did explain that I needed a new battery and that mine would probably quit soon without me knowing this was going to happen and explaining the testing they do for this. I am always pleased with how professional and fast they are with the cars. I will continue to use Courtesy Acura, thank you-Kaitlin
