I wouldn't take my Acura anywhere else. I have owned 4 different Acura's in the last 15 years and I have loved each on of them. I can't ever see myself driving anything other than an Acura. I have always had my Acura's serviced at an Acura dealer and the service staff at Courtesy Acura is always very helpful and very knowledgeable. I always know that I can trust that they will take care of me and only fix what needs to be fixed at the time of my service and then provide recommendations for what may need to be replaced/fixed in the future. I wouldn't take my Acura to any other dealer. I'm very happy with the service I receive at Courtesy Acura. more

Hi there, Just wanted to write about an AWESOME experience I received buying a used car for my nephew. Who thought buying a car was actually enjoyable? My sale person was Jamie K. he was AWESOME. He has a NO hassle, no pressure, easy going attitude. He IS VERY knowledgeable about all products as well. We actually had a good time. Bet ya can't say that a lot. Especially in a car lot. I would recommended ANYONE who is looking for a new or used car to check them out. Oh and FYI I definitely bought the car for my nephew in Nebraska... more

Yesterday I purchased my first Acura - 5/26/2012

Yesterday I purchased my first Acura - a 2012 MDX with the Technology Package. I called Courtesy in the morning to see if they had the vehicle I wanted in stock and to get a quote. I was actually already planning on buying the car from Mile High Acura when I called (thank goodness I didn't!) I spoke to Nick (Sales Mgr) and he immediately inquired about my plans (very kindly - no pressure) and what I had been quoted from the other dealer. Within minutes Nick called me back and actually beat the other dealer's price (which was well below the dealer's invoice already). We were able to quickly agree on the details over the phone and I came in and within 2 hours was on my way. No long lines, no waiting, no haggling, no drama, no hidden costs, no pushy salespeople, no leaving with a headache. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am going back to pick up my MDX today (couldn't get it yesterday because it was literally so new it had to be programmed) and return the nice Acura TL they loaned me for the night. One other mention - Jeff Thornton was the sales person I worked with. He was great as well. - Kassy S. more

After having the worst morning with my 5/25/2012

After having the worst morning with my car (car still running with the keys out, and my 18mo locking herself in it), I took my car to Courtesy Acura to have it checked out. With it being a busy day, Matt W helped me out, and was SO incredibly nice. He didn't rush me and didn't make me feel dumb since they couldn't prove what was wrong with my car. He was so patient and knowledgeable about cars. I was so beyond happy with my experience there. more

I""ve got an '09 MDX that I've taken to 5/23/2012

I""ve got an '09 MDX that I've taken to Courtesy for the recommended service, as well as a couple of repairs. I've been very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. They have always treated me with respect, been honest (I know!) and - one of the best parts - their shuttle service has always been extremely prompt. I don't know that I've waited for more than about 4 minutes for a ride to work. It's little thing, but I like being offered a cold water every time! My service advisor yesterday, Michelle Marquis, was very nice and even apoligized that I needed to talk to another rep when she was on the phone with another customer - like that's her fault somehow.\r \r In case your wondering, the repair work has gone flawlessly. It was not always good news, but the repairs were done quickly and done right the first time. I don't what else you could ask for. more

My Acura TL is by far the best, most reliable, and cost effective of any vehicle that I have ever owned. I have tried other Acura service departments but Courtesy Acura is aways my first choice. Sandy is great at explaining what needs or does not need to be serviced. more

Outstanding service and follow up from 5/16/2012

Outstanding service and follow up from Service Consultant, Rob Heath. Had to have some warranty work done on our TL which merited a multiple day repair job. Rob offered a loaner and when it turned out that an extra day or two was necessary to wait on delivery of parts, he even asked if we wanted to trade up to a nicer model loaner, which was a very nice offer. His follow up with me and timely updates on progress of the repair were also very appreciated. more

I took my 01 MDX in to Courtesy Acura 5/15/2012

I took my 01 MDX in to Courtesy Acura on 4/30/12 to have the timing belt done. My experience was stellar for MANY reasons! First, Courtesy Acura was very competitive with respect to price - they beat the price of most of the little guys. Second, they work on my type of vehicle all of the time - as such, I had peace of mind knowing that competent mechanics were working on my baby. Third, they gave me a complimentary loaner vehicle and had flexible pick-up/drop-off hours that met my busy needs. Fourth, they didn't try and sell me on the stuff that I don't need - they are a no-nonsense type of service department. Fifth, they gave my MDX a complimentary wash and vacuum! Overall, they have great customer service! What more can you ask for?!?! I will most definitely be going back - even for routine oil changes! more

Based on the glowing review of Courtesy Acura on Google, I took my TL in for scheduled service with Michelle today and had a flawless experience. I was greeted promptly and didn't have to wait at all. Their waiting room was well stocked with free beverages and snacks and the WiFi meant I could keep working while I waited. My car was ready exactly when they said it would and was freshly washed. I'll definitely be going back for my next service. more
