I have been using Courtesy Acura for 4/23/2012

I have been using Courtesy Acura for all of my Acura service needs for years. Sandy has always gone out of his way to fit me in and take care of my needs. I worked with Lorenzo on my last visit and he was equally as helpful. They got my car in and even fixed a recall that I didn't realize needed to be completed. Great Job guys. Keep it up. Richard Gaynes - we had to bring in our MDX In for a recall. I had the good fortune of dealing with Matt, one of the service writers. Not only was he friendly when he first made contact with me, but his attitude did not change the entire time Imwas at the dealership. I asked I'm about so,e trouble I was having with the entertainment unit and with the navigation unit. When the recall repairs were finished, Matt sat with me explaining both units and the little tricks that go I to operating the units correctly. At NO time did feel rushed - I know he would stay with me until I had a complete understanding of both units. It is people like Matt that cause smeone like me to come back to the dealership. I would give the dealership 5 stars! Thanks Matt, job well done! more

I've bought a new Acura RSX and a used MDX from Jeff Thornton of Courtesy Acura over the past 9 years and I couldn't be happier. Jeff was totally helpful and there was never any pressure. They were the two best car buying experiences I've had and I'm 60+ and have bought a lot of cars. And, to make Courtesy Acura a complete package, Matt Sheridan, the service consultant I've worked with whenever I've taken either car in for service, is great. He is thououghly knowledgeable about the entire line of Acura vehicles and couldn't be more friendly, polite and helpful in meeting the service/repair of my cars. I would absolutely, and without hesitation, recommend Courtesy Acura for sales and service. more

I purchased my Acura TL from Courtesy Acura 5 1/2 years ago and had a great experience. I still have my TL serviced by Courtesy Acura and I won't go anywhere else because of their great customer service and all the wonderful perks that come with owning an Acura. Not only have I never had any huge mechanical issues with my car, anytime I do need help from their service department they are always so attentive. My next new car purchase will definitely be an Acura! more

We just bought a car today and I canâ??t say enough about customer service at the dealership. Kerry and Rick worked as a team to make sure me and my husband had a great experience shopping. Rick spent with us at least a couple of hours showing us different features, setting up Bluetooth service, synchronizing garage-door openers. Highly recommend Courtesy Acura; ask for Rick or Kerry â?? you will not be disappointed. more

Excellent service every time! We bought our certified pre-owned Acura MDX at Courtesy Acura in Littleton, CO and their sales staff were excellent. No hard sales, answered LOTS of questions and worked a smart deal to our satisfaction. And the service department is fantastic, very personable and very responsive. Matt is our service rep that we always work with and he's the best by far of any service department associate that we've worked with over the past 5 years of any dealership. Will buy from them again when it's time for the next car. more

Courtesy Acura has a wide selection of used cars to choose from at great prices that are below book value. Sean Wardrope stayed late on a Monday evening to allow us to thoroughly test drive and look over a used car that we ended up purchasing. Courtesy Acura has friendly and helpful employees who are committed to providing excellent customer service and we would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. more

My wife and I have owned several 3/20/2012

My wife and I have owned several Hondas and Three Acuras, all of which we have loved. We were dealing with another Acura dealership in town but after buying several cars from them we were becoming less enthusiastic about another round. When I had a minor warranty concern regarding some peeling trim on our MDX I thought I would give Courtesy a try. Randy, in service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even though our MDX was out of warranty he went out of his way to contact Acura and they agreed to fix the problem. When I dropped my car off Lorenzo was just as friendly. He gave me a very nice loaner and the work was completed within a few hours. I haven't been treated this well at a dealership in as long as I can remember. They really seem like they want to earn our business. My mother went in to look at purchasing a new TL and the salesman she spoke with greeted her immediately and made her feel very comfortable. He never made any assumptions about her finances, answered all of her questions and was simply helpful and friendly. This was not the case at another Japanese luxury dealership in town. When it is time to buy our next Acura we will be starting right here at Courtesy Acura. Flag this review more

I have been looking for a car for our 3/18/2012

I have been looking for a car for our son, a starter car for this 16 year old. In looking at several dealerships, the sales persons approach was non challant, non engaging and certainly not something that made me fell comfortable; likely due to the amount of money I wanted to spend on the first car. Kerry, with Courtesy Acura was a totally different individual! He was engaging, asked my son for the items that were important to him, sought a price point and then brought up a car that was just perfect for him. The negotiation process was painless, unlike many others I have gone through, and we were able to ""close the deal"" in less than an hour. It was a fantastic experience and Kerry was a person that needs to be commended! Thanks for the care, concern and pleasure in purchasing a car for our son. more

Just bought a used Honda which is in great condition. I liked working with Travis and he seemed to try as hard as he could to get us into a car. While I don't like the pressure tactic of ""other buyers want it"", I will say that the service was good. more

Just built a house in the Littleton 3/9/2012

Just built a house in the Littleton area and we brought our 2008 Acura RL here because it has all-wheel drive. Have had a couple of extended warranty issues as well as a standard oil change/service done on the car at Courtesy Acura on Broadway. Have dealt with Matt and Andy in the service department and I have to say they are some of the best service guys I've ever met. I will not be going anywhere else for service on this Acura (or any others that I end up buying in the future). I've even turned a good friend of mine who owns a NSX on to these guys. more

Love Courtesy Acura's service department. We've owned 3 Acura's between my wife and myself and will probably never drive anything else, and as long as we're driving them, we'll be bringing them there for service.\r \r This last trip was for the 105,000 mile service on my wife's '04 TSX and I worked with Michelle, but I've worked with everyone in the department at one time or another. They treat us like old friends, give us excellent advice and the best possible service.\r \r Is dealership service a bit more expensive than the guy on the corner? Probably. But look at the folks they have working there. All of their techs are LONG term employees, and I only want the best working on my vehicles. Heck, the way I drive, my life depends on it :) more

I just bought a new V6 TSX from Charell 3/7/2012

I just bought a new V6 TSX from Charell at Courtesy and he took good care of me. Everyone there was very helpful and the Acura service is what keeps me a customer. This is my 9th year as an Acura customer and I always enjoy sharing my stories of the great service they provide. The cars are top notch too! more
