Just bought a used 2009 TL with the excellent assistance from both Rick and Sean. From the first day I visited the dealer, Sean was amazing and never pressured me into doing what I did not want to do. We was knowledgeable and friendly. Rick also helped us while Sean was busy selling more cars. Rick took great care of us and answered all our questions. Zsaree went the extra mile and hand delivered (out to my house in Parker)some last minute paperwork. She really knows what customer service is all about. My overall experience at Courtesy Acura was the best that I could ever imagine.
