Courtesy Acura has good service I purchased a RDX Acura there and the sales person was really nice i loved it . No one was pushy or rude they were all nice. whenever i needed help right when i walk in to ask for help someone comes running out to help. so i think acura is the best!!! more

Friendly and professional 12/30/2011

12/30/2011 \r The whole experience was professional, fiendly, and without pressure. I had the TL (with the umber interior, which is hard to find) in mind for some time and wanted it Certified Pre-Owned. On Christamas eve, the one I wanted showed up, but I didnt want to deal with the paperwork that day. So, my salesperson, Charell Robinson, worked with me, for a reasonable deposit, he held it for me. But it didnt end there, Charell offered to let me ""borrow"" it over the holiday weekend until the actual paperwork could be taken written up. more

No high pressure pitch. 12/28/2011

We purchased a used VW Beetle for our daughter from Courtesy Acura. The sales staff was very professional, no high pressure sales pitch. We worked with Charell Robinson. He was very nice and explained everything to our satisfaction. I would definitely purchase a car from Courtesy Acura again. more

I purchased a pre-owned MDX that was a Courtesy service vehicle earlier this month. I was pleased withthe whole process. My salesman, Charell Robinson, was helpful and patient during the couple of months I looked and test drove cars to deterimine what I wanted. After purchasing the car, the Courtesy team has been extraordinarily helpful in addressing little questions or issues I've had, to make sure I'm satisfied with the car and my buying experience. more

Went in to have my wifes car serviced on 12/05/2011 and as always was met by a very helpful staff member (Emily).While waiting the 45 minutes to get the oil changed I spoke to Kerry Walton who I've talk to before and was asked if I was ready for a new MDX. I SAID THE ONLY WAY TO DO THAT WOULD BE AN INCREDIBLE DEAL.... MY WIFE LOVES HER NEW MDX!!! It was one of the best experiences ever will refer everyone I know to them. Steve p.s. Good advice and great service 12/12/2011

Courtesy Acura has taken care of 2 cars for us - the most recent an older, but GREAT 2001 CL. With age, come issues, and Courtesy helps us prioritize, and separate repairs as needed. Most recently we discovered some corroded battery cables, when we were expecting a simply battery replacement. ONce this was found, without hesitation, Lorenzo offered me a loaner to drive while the parts and repairs happened. this is so nice! \r I also am very pleased with the shuttle service - Chewy is friendly, and remembered me from my last visit! So nice to be greeted an comfortable.\r thank you! more

We have been with Courtesy Acura for 2 years, throughout our time with them the service department has consistantly been responsive to our needs and more than often, goes the extra mile to maximize our satisfaction. We want to especially point out Matt Sheridan, who is one of thier many great service consultants. Matt, has always responded to us in a timely manner, if and when we needed to leave a message, and has always provided great customer service. Thanks Matt and Courtesy Acura for taking care of our MDX but especially, taking care of us. to Courtesy Acura! We love our TL. The employees at this Dealership are excellent. We purchased our car on a Saturday. The dealership was pretty busy, but we were treated as if we were the only people present. Charell, Sean, and Zcaree were the best. We knew going in exactly which care we wanted, but our experience was short and pleasant. The employees that assisted us went out of their way to ensure that we took our car home that night. We had to drop our car off a few days later for installation on tinted windows, clear bra, and side molding. There was a mix up and the molding and floor mats were not installed. We had to leave the vehicle. We do not live near Courtesy. As a matter of fact, we leave near downtown Denver. The price of the floor mats were waived and our car was delivered to us. The employees at Courtesy are the bomb! Please consider going to this dealership before going to Mile High Acura. The people at that dealership are very dishonest. more

We bought a preowned car, not an Acura, with Travis' help. What a great experience. No high pressure from him or anyone we dealt with! Just good honest help. A real contrast from our morning experience with a different dealer who seemed more interested in a hard sell then really helping us get good value and what we needed. \r \r \r more

Best Service Ever 11/27/2011

Courtesy Acura is the best car dealer/ auto service that I have ever done business with. I bought my Acura MDX from Courtesy almost 6 years ago, and the buying experience was easy and low-pressure. And I have been bringing it in for service ever since because I find them to be trustworthy and reliable. I live in East Denver and make the 40 minute trek to Courtesy for all my maintenance because I don't trust anyone else and they provide the best service I have ever encountered - did I mention I drive 40 minutes to get my car serviced here! Linda is always friendly and makes the check in/out experience truly enjoyable. All the service consultants I've had dealings with (Lorenzo, Sandy, Matt) are beyond excellent. I never feel like they are trying to ""upsell"" me or do repairs that aren't necessary. They also explain things in a detailed way to make me feel comfortable with any unexpected repairs. I truly believe they try to do the right thing for the customer. I simply have not had better car service anywhere else, and plan to bring my MDX here for service for as long as I have it . more

Best Service in Town 11/15/2011

I had my car serviced on Saturday. Michelle was fantastic in assisting us with our needs, however, everyone is polite and helpful. I had an oil change and nitrogen put in the tires. They washed the car and also gave me the wiper blades that were on my coupon to take home since I had after market wipers on the car at the time. A+++++ service always. Every time I take my car there they treat me with respect and courtesy. I LOVE going there and have for years. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. more

Since moving to Denver from Canada back in 2007 we have always gotten our Acura Vehicles serviced at Courtesy Acura. The Service Department is AMAZING! Great customer service, full disclosure on pricing, and very knowledgeable. Special mention to Michelle, Matt and Lorenzo as they are all top notch professionals. Will be back again and look forward to purchasing a new Acura in the near future. more

I have nothing but great things to say about my recent experience with Courtesy Acura. I have used their service department for years for my previous Acura and was always very satisfied. So when it was time to buy a new car, I went there first. Kerry was awesome! He was not pushy at all and was very patient and informative. I never felt like I was under pressure. Besides that, he was a lot of fun. This car buying experience was actually fun! How often do you hear that? The day after I purchased my car, I had some concerns that were strictly on a personal level, NOT issues with the car or dealership. They were questions about the choices I had made with the car. I called the John, the General Manager, and he immediately wanted to know how he could make me happy. He was willing to do whatever I needed, and he did. No questions asked!! I left there that day even more satisfied than the day before. Dean, the finance manager, was so easy to work with. He was very detailed and explained everything to me so when I left there, after I signed on the dotted line, I felt very comfortable and had no questions. There is no question in my mind that when it comes time to trade in this car, I will go back to Courtesy Acura. They have a customer for life and it's all because of the way I was treated and the ease of my purchase. Not to mention, I love my new TSX!! more

Worth the Drive from Colorado Springs 11/13/2011

I have had my car serviced at Courtesy for the past 7 years. Service is ALWAYS great, staff ALWAYS friendly, informative, and helpful. I have worked with several members of the service department and love the consistency in the quality of service. Emily, I have worked with several times and she is outstanding.
