I have nothing but great things to say about my recent experience with Courtesy Acura. I have used their service department for years for my previous Acura and was always very satisfied. So when it was time to buy a new car, I went there first. Kerry was awesome! He was not pushy at all and was very patient and informative. I never felt like I was under pressure. Besides that, he was a lot of fun. This car buying experience was actually fun! How often do you hear that? The day after I purchased my car, I had some concerns that were strictly on a personal level, NOT issues with the car or dealership. They were questions about the choices I had made with the car. I called the John, the General Manager, and he immediately wanted to know how he could make me happy. He was willing to do whatever I needed, and he did. No questions asked!! I left there that day even more satisfied than the day before. Dean, the finance manager, was so easy to work with. He was very detailed and explained everything to me so when I left there, after I signed on the dotted line, I felt very comfortable and had no questions. There is no question in my mind that when it comes time to trade in this car, I will go back to Courtesy Acura. They have a customer for life and it's all because of the way I was treated and the ease of my purchase. Not to mention, I love my new TSX!!
