SERVICE GOOD 11/14/2016

The service was good but their is a lack of communication between office and service personal. I asked the office to have the service man call me about some questions and recommendations for a water heater. I never got the call! Pricing could be more competitive with area. more

Very Satisfied. 11/13/2016

I had a problem with my guest shower and was expecting out of town guests later that afternoon. I needed help immediately and Christian Brothers came quickly and took care of the problem. A very professional and courteous young man had the problem resolved in a very short amount of time. Thank you Christian Brothers! communication with this company has been very good but overall experience left me somewhat disappointed. 11/12/2016

we've called for service on 3 different occasions for the same problem. a clogged sewer line. the 1st service call was good. (they pulled a washcloth out of the pipe from cleanout opening back of the house. price was reasonable which prompted me top repeat service a few months later. the drain was cleared in the same way but the price almost doubled. I was told the first time was a special price but they did honor somewhat of a discount that I could live with. This last time (3 times in 1 -1/2 yrs) sewer backed up and flooded inside the house. .Major problem. Quoted possible $5000 repair . Shopped around, problem fixed for $1200 including a tree removal. long story made short, the pricing structure could use some major overhaul! more

Service was honest and accurate. 11/12/2016

Few problems with a 4 year old hot water tank to be replaced under warranty and Christian accommodated well. I would recognize receiving service as job was done well. We have used Christian Brothers for many services. We have bought (2) HVAC's, (1) Water Heater, electrical services and many misc services... Christian Brothers is committed to their customer service. I would not hesitate to use Christian Brothers in the future. Jeff was very nice and his trainee too. I don't have anything negative to say about either one of them. Very personable. But I'm not understanding why I paid so much and I'm worse off. But as... 11/3/2016

I'm not sure how to really fill this out since the 2nd toilet which operated correctly does not ever since they were here. I have to manually put flapper down every time the toilet is flushed. Plus the toilet that was clogged is clogged again shortly after but I can't afford another 300 for them to come out again. more

we were expecting to not be able to use the master bedroom bathroom for a while, but you were able to get someone here right away to get going trying to remedy the situation. We were very pleased with how quickly you were able to get the different crews out here in a timely manner. They were able to take care of the problem and get the pipes open and flowing again. Good service, nice employees. 10/29/2016

They pointed out what needed to be done, as well as other things which could wait until we got the funds. I am totally disabled, and needed someone I could trust to handle things. After using them for my heating, cooling, plumbing and AC, I wouldn't consider using anybody else. And YES, I do hang up on all the other services that call. Could not have been happier with the service or professionalism 10/27/2016

Jeff and Eric were absolutely fantastic. They went through everything they were going to do giving me choices and options. They explained everything so that I could completely understand what they were going to do. Would recommend you in a heartbeat. All 3 Reem water heaters were leaking from the bottom. When I called Christia Brothers it was for the 4th one that was leaking, they said that the pressure was too high and I had to install a pressure gauge on my water for 5 or 600 dollars !. Instead, I had Delta come out and take the 4th heater back to Home Depot. Didn't have that Reem model but gave me a much better Reem 40 galleon that cost more money and I didn't have to pay anything. Since the better model has been installed I have had NO WATER AT ALL ANYWHERE. Those 4 models went through quality control with bad welds. I would bet money on it. thank God I didn't spend 5 or 600 hundred for a pressure gaugh ! more

Surprised about additional charge 10/26/2016

Service was great as usual. Surprised to see the $20 charge for Folds of Honor included on my bill. I would have gladly donated if asked but the topic was never brought up. I felt pressured to pay this because no option was provided. Unfortunate. more
