I was not the one at the house when the electrician came but the person that was there said he was extremely polite, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!! more

Concerned & Caring Attitude 1/20/2017

Mikey (a licensed electrician) arrived at my home ahead of schedule with obvious concern for my problem (complete home power failure). He diagnosed the problem, provided a number of different solutions and upon my approval immediately began working on my chosen solution. With unexpected repairs like this come unexpected financial responsibilities. Christian Brothers helped me with that also. A financial department team member came to my house to discuss different payment options and helped me set up an affordable payment plan. Without this help I may still not have my power back on. Kudos to Christian Brothers for this financial assistance! more

Wouldn't Guarantee his work. 1/8/2017

Because I didn't want the camera run down my pipe for an extra cost, he won't guarantee his work, then he wanted to fix a toilet take ran slowly, even though I had used them as my Plumbers in the past I asked if it'd be parts only. No, parts and labor. I told him no, I'll fix it, it's a eleven dollar part, done it before. So, I thought with my $35, dollar off coupon and this time my Senior Discount I'd pay less than before, NOPE, actually I think it was more. I won't be using them again. more

They called to set appointment 1/8/2017

But didn't show up. I got second notice to complete survey, so here it is. Christian Bros installed new hot water heater. Now I get no hot water in kitchen. They clogged bathroom sink, broke out aerator, and one year later have not fixed it. They called to send senior plumber and then postponed. I am not very happy with this service but would not have sent this survey until I received second email urging me to do it. Be careful what you ask for. more

We received same day service for emergency electrical repair. Mikey was very knowledgeable, explained situation and why our attempt at self repair did not work. Repairs were professionally done and advised us to install another GFI for safer more reliable service without high pressure tactics. more

Day After Christmas 1/4/2017

Christian Brothers came out to my home the day after Christmas within an hour of calling. Our furnace had stopped working during the holiday weekend and our home had dropped down to 58 Degrees! We had a pleasant experience, and our tech explained in detail to us exactly what had happened, and fixed the issue promptly. We will use/recommend Christian Brothers again! more
