They pointed out what needed to be done, as well as other things which could wait until we got the funds. I am totally disabled, and needed someone I could trust to handle things. After using them for my heating, cooling, plumbing and AC, I wouldn't consider using anybody else. And YES, I do hang up on all the other services that call.
