What a big job and nothing went smoothly for these guys even so they worked their butts off. A neighbors tree roots got in a fight with our sewer line. They were here the same day 6 days before Christmas we were given two numbers for a price range. The back yard is very small and there were power lines that prevented the guys from using equipment "determind after next day blue stake" to help them dig. These guys hand dug a trench over 7 feet deep which was no easy task, I know I have a small garden and it was murder the ground is rock hard! John was true to his word though when they got to the problem another company had to be called to help that specialized in this particular damage repair we were not charged more, Not only did Christian Brothers have the integrity to call for help instead of just doing a half job but they covered that cost for a specialist. My husband is retired from City of Glendale Waste water management and he has nothing but praise for the guys that did this job John, Scott, Jacob and Tanner. The story doesn't end 3 days without service it started to rain I was so stressed thinking the job would come to a stand still 3 days from Christmas. No these guys just kept going telling me not to cancel my family Christmas gathering determine they were gonna get the job done. They were so diligent and patient answering and explaining when I ask questions. Christian Brothers Company is not the cheapest but in my opinion one of the top best! You get what you pay for, their honest professionalism, warranties of their work, quality and dedication to the customer and job is exemplary, well worth the price. John, Scott, Jacob and Tanner saved our Christmas! They are my Heroes !
