Quick response and genuine 2/21/2017

All I can say is that all the crew, Jeff, Jason, Scott, Isaac and all the others that worked at my home were great. The slab leak was very upsetting, and they helped to settle me down, explained the work and that was reassuring. more

broken pipe 2/14/2017

I called christian brothers after i had another company tell me that it was to close to the weekend to start to repair my leak. I had already been been without water for 6 days and they wanted me to wait another 3. Jason came out that same day evaluated the problem, sent out a crew to begin work on friday and more problems were found. But he worked closely with my insurance company and all the repairs were done by him and i have hot water again. THANK YOU christian brothers for sending me JASON. more

The Way Service Should Be 2/7/2017

I do wish that all service people were as good to get along with the electricians with Christian Bros. From the time he arrived until he left was no more than 30 minutes. He didn't try to sell me anything, just said everything looked good, and was on his way. I feel that I can trust them, and since I am disabled, I have often wondered if I am being sold a bill=of-goods. No such problem with any of their service personal. more

Tech was fast and efficient., friendly and very helpful. 2/7/2017

We had blown a couple of breakers during the day. The tech arrived and quickly assessed the problem. I was surprised that replacing my electrical panel only took 2 hours and the cost was reasonable. He also gave us suggestions to keep this from happening again. I would call Christian Bros. again for any electrical problem. more

Billed too much 2/2/2017

Received first service. Problem was not fixed,possibly done incorrectly. Needed someone else.to come out.it was very expensive. Think I should be refunded for the first visit. more
