The technicians have done an excellent job. 10/23/2016

What helped us make better decisions was the presentation of quantifiable alternatives. We look forward to having the Christian Brother's techs work on some projects in the home that are upcoming. Will did a wonderful job at our home installing ceiling fans and light fixtures. H also checked a lot of our electrical equipment around the house. He is so good at what he does. There wasn’t anything the he could not do. I was very thankful to have him do our work. I would have him back anytime more

Excelent Service and Knowlegable Service Mechanics 10/17/2016

I am very happy with the prompt and on-time service. The mechanics have always solved any issues I have had. One drawback for Christian Brothers is that they are too expensive for the service. I have always accepted their mechanics suggestion for the repair for which I called them. However, additional preventive maintenance or repairs I usually decline due to the expense. I believe they should work on their competitive pricing especially to long-time customers! bad and couldn't be worse 10/15/2016

I called because it was loud, was told it was normal. Tried to get them out to fix it when it failed when we were in S Africa thru our caretaker and they wouldn't come out unless I was there. Hired a different company who diagnosed the cause of the problem which was something Christian missed on the check up. I cancelled the contract and had the second company replace the system. I wasted $28/month on Christian. more

Just moved to area bought a home that had been vacant for awhile. Water heater see on vacation could not get it going for the life of me.. Called a very polite young lady scheduled me an appointment and Jeff came out and had it fixed in 5 minutes!! Great service, friendly people. Will use them again!! more

I had Chuck Wansing come out to my rental property to check some plumbing issues. Not only was he completely professional, but also very personable. The owner of my property needed to validate the corrections & did not respond to Chuck's attempts & mine. He stayed on site for quite a while while we waited in vain. The next week Chuck was back with a professional smile on his face only to be met with the same challenges with my owner. Unfortunately my owner decided not to use Christian Brothers. If I was able to make the decision I totally would have gone with your business! I really hope that some positive words will be passed toward the patience & great customer service that Chuck Wansing provided me with. Thank you, Colleen Kulaga more

I made a service call to CB in February to get my water softener regenerating again. Today (April 26) a service man from CB named Chuck came out and re-evaluated why it was not working. It needed to rebuild a non functioning part. Chuck called back to the powers that be and CB will rebuild this part at NO additional cost! I will recommend CB from now on!
