Thanks to Ken Slater for coming to my house at 1100pm to fix a hole in my hot water line off the water heater. He was very professional and explained everything to me as well as answering my questions. Unfortunately, not knowing much about plumbing costs, I can't say if the value was great. had some plumbing problems , call Christian Brothers to unclogged my toilets that wer backing up in my home . they came out and unclogged my main line taht was causing this issue , gave me a fair price and i was so happy with the repairs and the prices. i would use them again and tell friends and co-workers about them!!! Call Christian Brothers with a emergency with my A/C unit not working . with there prompt service i had service tech at my home within the time that was given to me ... Tech gave me a full check up of my system. and found out that the problem was just a bad t-stat.. the tech actaully had one on his truck and i purchase at a reasonable price... I had several companies come out to give me estimates on a new water filtration system. Out of 5 companies I was the most impressed with Christian Brothers they really knew what they were talking about and they were the best price. I would definately call them again. more

It very rare now a days to deal with a company that has such great service I was impressed with the girl who answered the phone, they came out on the weekend no extra charge and the Plumber who did the work was sure a pleasure to deal with, he rolled out rugs to protect my flooring while he wheeled in the drain equipment. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. more

I wish I'd been there when these idiots showed up. I was out of town and my wife had guests and the guest toilet backed up and began to overflow. She looked for a plumber in the phone book I guess and picked Christian Brothers. Some stupid monkey showed up and ran a snake down the kitchen drain for some ridiculous reason, then told my wife that the floors of the house would have to be torn up in order to fix the clog. Then he charged her $400.00 for his ineffective 15 minutes of lame-ass work. When I returned home I asked why he had not used an auger in the bathroom instead of a snake in an entirely different room. She said he told her it was because the clog was way down the line somewhere. Well, first of all, the toilet backed up immediately when flushed and even backed up int the bath tub (in the opposite direction of the kitchen). This would make it clear to a juvenile retarded gibbon that the clog was right below the toilet. I asked why he did not go to the roof and run a snake down the vent pipe which would get beyond what a toilet auger could reach and would be in the correct section of waste, not in a section obviously beyond the clog like this idiot was claiming. And 400 bucks! WTF was that for? Certainly not this dolt's PHD in plumbing. So the next day I got a referral from a friend. A plumber (a real one) showed up, took his snake to the vent pipe on the roof and cleared the clog in five minutes time. And then came the bill - $50.00. We called Christian brothers to ask for a refund... three times, and we never received the courtesy of a return phone call. These are not the only predator plumbers out there. I remember years ago seeing Jan Ashford and George Brazil Plumbing pulling the same kind of stuff but Christian Brothers takes the prize at 400 bucks for fifteen minutes and not even fixing anything AND lying about what needs to be done in order to get a big fat job tearing up our floors for thousands of dollars. Even if all you need is a washer replaced, do not call Christian Brothers. They are rip off artist. Mmm, not very Christian of them. more

I called on Thursday January 21 around 6:30pm because a tree had fallen on my property and had broken the main water line to my house, I called and within an hour, I had a live person out front of my house, giving me an upfront and honest estimate of the work. While the weather was horridle Jim my serivce person was professional and did his best to try and fix the job to restore the water to my house. Jim was unable to complete the job at hand because the weather was getting worse. Jim told me he would be back first thing on Friday morning and he was prompt and on time and finished what he had started before. All the time remaing professional ,personable and positive. I will be using Christian Brothers plumbing for all my needs. And the price of the service for being an emergency call was not out of line or gouging either! I received great service from the inital phone call to the end and making sure all my water outlets worked. more

My first impression right off the bat was just being impressed they answered the phone right away. And then did what they said they were going to do. They came out and met my wife at the house when they said they would, had a truck full of parts to fix the problem, and were gone in 30 minutes. Painless, Would highly recommend. more

The gentleman that came to our home to fix our A/C was very nice and helpful. He was able to fix our unit, rather than making us replace it. They would have been rather expensive if we'd needed to replace it, but very fair when it came to the price of the repair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for repair work. more
