recent havc service 4/10/2017

Appreciate the good, thorough, professional service provided by Christian Brothers. I told the service person that in a prior electrical service visit the front outside electrical box had a GFI installed, but the electric itself does not work out of that box. he was going to let someone in the office know, but I have not heard from anyone. more

do not use this company! 4/4/2017

I called the company to check some plumbing. They said they would be here in the morning. They didn't show until 8:00 at night! The plumber came in and turned the water on to see the leak and said he couldn't do anything. Meanwhile as he left he left the water running and flooded the house. All we had was a flooded house! more

Professional and pleasant 3/28/2017

I am becoming to really like Christian Brothers. They have come out twice now (for 2 different matters). Their technicians are always pleasant, professional, on time and fair. I have never felt pressured to purchase additional services and found their work professional. I hope to have a long relationship with this company. more

Horrible experience 3/28/2017

I was referred by Sun City West's property owners association and my home inspector. I told their front desk I was buying a home and needed the HVAC checked. I had to get the owner's permission and we did. They came out and showed me a photo stating they would email me the photo. He also gave me a couple of options without pricing, telling me I had to talk to the 'manager' for pricing. I called to speak to the manager for pricing and a copy of the photo and was then told he would send me an email. I was also told they do not release the report to anyone except the owner even though I paid for the inspection and had gotten the seller's permission. I am still waiting for the manager to talk to me (7+ days). I was very clear when I scheduled the appointment that I was a potential buyer. I feel they either should not have scheduled the appointment or minimally told me they could not share the results with me. I wasted $70 trying to have the unit inspected and could never get the manager to return my calls. more

I consider myself very lucky that I have found this company. This is one of the rare companies that everything they said they would do was done. They kept me updated every step of the way. Price Gouging 3/25/2017

Our first appointment was delayed by you because your technician was unavailable. Mikey showed up on time the following day. He looked at the switch box and assessed a charge of $289. I foolishly failed to ask for the scope of work and assumed that he was going to cut out and replace the old box and switch - a 1.5 - 2 hour task. In the end he roughly hacked out the drywall, installed a $15 metal mending plate and charged my wife $250 odd for 30 minutes of time worked and 20 minutes doing the billing. He did apply a $35 "coupon". An appropriate charge would have been one hour labor plus parts- about $125 according to other tradesmen. I can think of no circumstances under which I would call, or recommend, Christian Brothers for electrical work in the future. I intend to copy this review to Yelp, Google, FB and the BBB as well as Angie's List. more

Work done was good but seem to take forever. Still waiting for them to come and put the rest of my yard together. 3/15/2017

Native my waterline replaced from the meter to my house. The supervisor was late getting here and had to call to find out what was going on. He made it out wrote me up an estimate and I felt it comprable and price to others. I needed it repaired as I was going out of town so I had them do it. I think it was probably $1,000 too high for what they did but that's life. I don't think they're coming back to finish off my Landscaping but that's okay too. These guys are plumbers not landscapers. more

The job was a simple one, replace a water heater and repair some damage. A two day job at the most.. It took two weeks!! One of your men crossed the pipes so we did not have a toilet that night . No we are not happy campers. more
