Mikey (a licensed electrician) arrived at my home ahead of schedule with obvious concern for my problem (complete home power failure). He diagnosed the problem, provided a number of different solutions and upon my approval immediately began working on my chosen solution. With unexpected repairs like this come unexpected financial responsibilities. Christian Brothers helped me with that also. A financial department team member came to my house to discuss different payment options and helped me set up an affordable payment plan. Without this help I may still not have my power back on.
