Carpet Dryclean brought my carpet back to life!!! 4/4/2009

Terry showed me a demo of what the dry solution could do for my filthly carpet. I was amazed and still smiling, wishing I knew about this service years ago. I hate I spent hundreds of dollars on cleaning companies in years past to get the carpet steam cleaned, not knowing that method was pushing the dirt into the pad of the carpet. I still had to wait abour an hour before I could walk on because it was a little damp. Terry was nice and courteous and I appreciated his customer service. Will definitely be calling this company again and will tell my family and friends about this service. I am very pleased with my carpet! Need your carpets cleaned? 4/4/2009

So I had friends due to come over last minute and my carpets were deeply soiled! Embarassing actually! Ferdi and Anthony came to my rescue with the help of dispatch @ Carpet Dryclean of Raleigh. They kept me up to date on their ETA throughout the day and by the time they arrived they were already finished. Super efficient and my rugs look freakin' awesome! I cannot wait for my friends to come over. They will never know how bad my dog is and how lazy I am. Ferdi assured me that I picked the right company because other typical cleaners use steam/water and harmful chemicals and in the end it leaves about 20% water behind which is not good! So in closing, not only did I meet 2 professionals in the business, get a quick and thorough education on rug cleaning but super looking rugs all within less than 1hr for 500sqft or so! I am definitely going to call these guys in the future. I can provide before and after pictures upon request. Thanks again Ferdi and Anthony! Pros: Quick, Professional, fair price more

Best carpet cleaning experience! 4/3/2009

They were on time ! Which was really surprising with the previous experiences i had with service people. Gave me a price upfront after measuring the rooms that needs cleaning, (2 bedrooms, and a small hallway) with no additional charges at the end of the cleaning (Although they will try to sell you their cleaning product at the very end ). But the best thing is you could walk on your carpet right away ! The technicians were very patient( Carlo and Martin )as they did some extra spot cleaning during our final walk-through. Truly a pleasant experience. Pros: Showed up on time! Accurate over the phone estimate. Cons: None so far. more

Great Service and Outstanding Customer Service 4/3/2009

They were absolutely amazing. After I had a bad experience with another company having them in my house was wonderful. Their Technicians walked me through everything step by step and explained everything they were doing. My carpets haven't looked this good since we moved in! Excellent Service! 4/2/2009

My dog was sick and destroyed my house. I was able to get Carpet Dryclean to come out quickly. Elmer and Ramon were friendly and worked hard to remove all the stains. The carpet looked great and was dry by the time they left. I was able to put the furniture back immediately. This is the best way to have carpet cleaned 4/2/2009

This is my first experience cleaning carpets this way. I choose it because of it being a DRY cleaning. When I called to ask questions Terry was so friendly and helpful. When Ferdi and Anthony arrived they were professional and very willing to answer questions and to let me watch. I really was pretty sceptical about how white powder was going to clean my carpet. IT WORKS! I have had the carpet steamed cleaned when we first moved it and was not happy. This process got up stains and traffic dirt that I thought I would have to live with. I was impressed. I loved the idea that I could put my room back together right after they left. I have recommended them to many of my coworkers already. Spring into cleaning with a great carpet cleaning!! 3/31/2009

We have used this service for years, on our carpets, couches and stairways. They removed stains I didn't think were possible...They are always polite and call back to see how their performance crew did and if we were pleased. They move your furniture and back which is a plus for the ladies and the best part is that you can walk on it just as soon as they finish. Anyone who wants a great job done please give them a call!! Good service!!! 3/27/2009

Carlo and Marlon did a fantastic job on my eight year old off-white berber carpet. I had some bad stains(coffee,etc.) and they were able to get it out. The cool thing was the carpet was dry! They even assured me that the stains would not reappear. I would definitely use this guys in the future. Pros: Effecient and fast service more

Miguel Polo came over to clean our carpets. He was very thorough and friendly. He called me the day before and called the day he was coming to let me know when he would come. He arrived on time. The best carpet cleaners in North Carolina 3/25/2009

This is the third time that Victor and Jose have cleaned my carpet. They have been cleaning my carpet since 2006 and I always call them back. For example, my appointment for 2:00pm and Victor called me to say that they could come early. Needless to say, this was a blessing because I really needed to run across town with my daughter for her birthday. This is what I call “quality customer service!” Thank you so much Victor and Jose. Excellent Service and Results 3/24/2009

Miguel Polo and Vance arrived at my place 30mins after I called. Exactly the time I was told they would arrive. They were very friendly and did a Great job educating me on their product and what they were going to do. They worked quickly to restore the carpet to it's original look. They were even able to get up a fairly large glue stain that had been in the carpet for at least about 4months. I don't think, wellI know it could not have been done any better, and to top it off the cost was very Reasonable. Thanks! My was very Happy when she returned home. :-) Pros: Everything Excellent more
