Terry showed me a demo of what the dry solution could do for my filthly carpet. I was amazed and still smiling, wishing I knew about this service years ago. I hate I spent hundreds of dollars on cleaning companies in years past to get the carpet steam cleaned, not knowing that method was pushing the dirt into the pad of the carpet. I still had to wait abour an hour before I could walk on because it was a little damp. Terry was nice and courteous and I appreciated his customer service. Will definitely be calling this company again and will tell my family and friends about this service. I am very pleased with my carpet!
