Polo and Vance - Very Professional 5/15/2009

I had the pleasure of having Polo and Vance come to my house to clean my sectional sofa. We tested an area, and although it made a slight improvement, the stains on my couch were to old and intense for the product they used. However, as far as Polo and Vance are concerned, they were a joy to work with and I will certainly consider them for any future carpet/upholstry cleaning jobs. Best Service Available 5/14/2009

Polo and Vance made it easy. First they did a demenstation for us to show us how fantastic the product is. Our carpet never looked so good. They work together as a team, left the house not only looking great but smelling terrific too! Oh Yea! Another big big plus is that your carpet isn'tt wet and it's organic, so it won't harm pets or children.Don't forget to take advantage of the tub of cleaning product thats last forever. cleanest carpets 5/14/2009

Carpet Dryclean donated a cleaning service to the PTAA auction at my daughter's school so it was the perfect opportunity to try the business. The first thing Polo did was remove an old stain that nothing else had ever gotten out. That convinced me that this dry clean method really works. He handled the powder with his bare hands and said it was safe for children and pets. The carpets and stairs looked beautiful after they were cleaned, and I could walk on them right away. Polo and Vance were very courteous. I am convinced that this is the best method for cleaning carpets. The students at Cary Academy also benefited from the generous donation to the PTAA. What I like about Carpet Dry Clean is that the powder is non-toxic and organic, which is safe for young children and pets. Floors are instantly clean with no drying involved! Ask for Polo and Vance! Polo and Vance were amazing! 5/11/2009

This was my second time using Carpet Dryclean and I was once again blown away! The carpet and rugs look incredible. I have two dogs, one who was potty training and another with a stomach illness, so they had their job cut out for them. I was amazed when I saw the results! And Polo and Vance are such a delight. It was the end of the day, but they were very professional and courteous. And they look a lot of time with me and explained everything to me. Best carpet cleaner 5/7/2009

I've tried the competitors...either the carpet is wet for 24 hours, or chemicals make my pets itch. Furthermore , this is the only place that actually removes the stains, and it doesn't hurt my pets. They also do tile. My kitchen tile looks new. Pros: caprets never looked so good more

Expectations Exceeded 5/7/2009

Carlo and Morlon went above and beyond what I expected for my carpet. They were able to get rid of stains that I thought could never come out. The day after the cleaned the carpet, my dog got sick...of course on the carpet in an obvious area. The cleaning product Carlo provided completely took care of it. more

Awesome carpet cleaners! 5/5/2009

My six week old puppy had had a few accidents on my living room capet. Despite cleaning with other products it still smelled a little. I decided I should get my carpet cleaned. Not knowing anything about carpet or having my carpet cleaned I called Carpet Dry Clean. I spoke with the manager who was super nice and patient with me as I explained my situation. He talked with me for about twenty minutes and told me everything I would ever need to know about carpet cleaning. After talking with him on a Wednesday, I scheduled my appointment for a Friday. I thought it was great that they could come out so quickly. Terry was the name of the guy who cleaned my carpets. He arrived on Friday at 4:30 right on time. He even called about 20 minutes before he got there to let me know he was on his way. He was very nice and friendly. When he left my living room carpet smelled good and looked nice too. I will most definitely have Terry back to clean my carpet! Pros: on-time, moved furniture, no drying time more

Clean Carpets at a Good Price! 5/4/2009

I called Carpet Dryclean to set up an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to obtain an appointment for the following Saturday (which is rare). When they arrived Carlo and Marlon were very courteous and professional. They explained the process step by step and also explained the benefits of the cleaning. The entire process took about 1 hour and we had a good 600+ square footage cleaned plus steps. When they were done we went over the area to make sure it was cleaned well. The carpet looked like the day we first moved in. It was fluffy, clean, and smelled fresh. Pros: Carpet look brand new, Fast service, Knowledgeable employees Cons: They don't move big furniture (Beds, dressers, etc.) more
