I called around for a carpet cleaning service, and most were either too expensive or did not provide enough information. These guys were very knowledgeable of the product and service, they gave me tips on caring for my carpet. The cleaning was fast and the end results were great!! Victor, Jose, and Jose did a great job. They were courteous, punctual, and my carpets look great. We will keep using this company. I also love that the carpets aren't wet for hours afterwards, and I have 2 young children and 2 dogs, so it is really nice not to worry about chemicals. Very Pleased 4/29/2009

I used Carpet Dryclean for the first time this week. The professional sent knew what he was doing, went about his task, was quite friendly and very efficient. The cost was much less than I anticipated. And the carpets look great. What's not to like? Pros: Timeliness, quick work, carpets look great Cons: none that I can think of more

Carlo and his partner did a fantastic job with my carpet . It was in terrible shape and they did wonders in taking out even the worse stains that i had ( coffee & apple juice ). They cared so much for my carpet that they even referred a guy that will do the carpet stretching later on. I am putting my house in the market and hiring them was the best decision i made. Elmer and his crew called before they came and arrived right on time. No sitting home for 3-4 hours waiting. Elmer was very polite and did a great job on my carpets. Pros: clean and dry carpets in about 1.5 hrs Cons: a little more expensive than some others more

I highly recommend Carpet Dryclean 4/29/2009

I have used Carpet Dryclean several times now, and wouldn't go anywhere else. I love that there are no hoses or water used. The product does a great job cleaning and protecting, and the carpet can be walked on immediately. The service has always been reliable, professional and friendly. I have no hesitation recommending Victor and his crew. I particularly like having a container of the product for in-between treatment of spots - invaluable! Fantastic, five star service and results 4/29/2009

Vincent and Jose's crew were professional, courteous, extremely friendly, and left us carpets looking better than new. This is an old house we recently bought, and we had the carpets cleaned in the slim hope of not having to replace them, and we were amazed. Vincent and Jose have saved us thousands and made the home look so much better. We will DEFINITELY be using their services in the future for all our carpet cleaning needs and would give Vincent and Jose our highest recommendation. Great job guys and see you soon! more

Excellent cleaning -exciting 4/25/2009

Unlike other carpet cleaning services, no water is used. Instead, they use a dry powder which we are told is organic, safe for children and pets, and sanitizes the carpet by removing bacteria. I walked on the carpet in my bare feet minutes after they were finished, and there's nothing wet about it. Also, this product does not strip your carpet of its stain-resistance unlike steam cleaning. \r \r Miguel and Vance were extremely nice and friendly, showed us how the product worked, arrived on time, and were extremely efficient. They were done in about an hour and a half. \r \r This is hands-down the best carpet cleaning experience we have had, and it was very economical and well-worth it. Our carpets look brand new, our pet stains came out, and they smell, feel, and look terrific. \r \r In an environment where customer service, quality, and economical price are all rare individually, we got them all with one great company. I'm impressed with the service and quality of this cleaning experience. Miguel and Vance were not only VERY professional in their presentation, they did a fantastic job in cleaning my carpet. Though we had a little more to do than the estimator expected, they stuck by the price quoted and made me a very happy REPEAT customer!!! On time, great service, nice folks 4/24/2009

Polo and Vance were excellent. They showed up right when they said they would and did an excellent job with our living room carpet. We had guests coming into town and my fiance wanted to make sure the carpet looked spec-tac-u-lar. This is the second time I've used this company (I have a dog, go figure) and I would recommend them to anyone needing to get their carpet cleaned. Also, when you call their office there is an actual live person who answers the phone and they're always super friendly. I had to make a last minute reschedule of the appointment and it was no problem at all. It's service like this that will make me a repeat customer. The technicians explained the differences between steam cleaning, chem-dry cleaning and their process. Their process seemed like the best process by far! The two guys that came out (Polo and Vance) did a spot test first and explained everything they were doing. The BEST CARPET CLEANERS!! 4/23/2009

Victor, Neil and Roland did a great job! They let me know they were coming and were so nice. You can tell they truly believe in their product and love what they do. It is nice to see such enthusiasm! My carpet came out beautiful and super fluffy. ALL OF THE STAINS WERE REMOVED! MUD< CHOCOLATE MILK RED WINE!! Make sure to buy the cleaner.
