They were on time ! Which was really surprising with the previous experiences i had with service people. Gave me a price upfront after measuring the rooms that needs cleaning, (2 bedrooms, and a small hallway) with no additional charges at the end of the cleaning (Although they will try to sell you their cleaning product at the very end ). But the best thing is you could walk on your carpet right away ! The technicians were very patient( Carlo and Martin )as they did some extra spot cleaning during our final walk-through. Truly a pleasant experience.
