This is my first experience cleaning carpets this way. I choose it because of it being a DRY cleaning. When I called to ask questions Terry was so friendly and helpful. When Ferdi and Anthony arrived they were professional and very willing to answer questions and to let me watch. I really was pretty sceptical about how white powder was going to clean my carpet. IT WORKS! I have had the carpet steamed cleaned when we first moved it and was not happy. This process got up stains and traffic dirt that I thought I would have to live with. I was impressed. I loved the idea that I could put my room back together right after they left. I have recommended them to many of my coworkers already.
Pros: Clean carpets, no water and great technicans
