I needed to have my whole house's carpets cleaned FAST. I looked on the internet and typed it ""review carpet cleaners raleigh."" I read reviews of various places; no place had more than 2 reviews anywhere except Carpet DryClean which had well over a thousand. Literally everybody loved this place and their people...they were right. I had Carlo and Marlon. Carlo was the lead guy. He definitely cared about what he was doing, and he really worked on my old dingy carpets! I actually hugged him when I saw my steps. Nothing could make my 15 year old carpets look like new, but they look great! I am not feeling the need to go buy new anytime soon. By the way...I have not had my carpets cleaned in over 9 years; I have 5 children, a dog and a cat. Wow!\r \r Pros: DRY, thorough, caring Cons: a little pricey...but worth it more

carpets look new again. My carpets look like they were just installed. Carlo and Moron were very professinal and did a great job. They moved all the furniture , I didn't have to move anything. I was super excited to find a local cleaner that used natural/organic cleaning products to remove dirt from carpets. Booking an appointment was easy and I had someone out here in less than a week. I'll have to admit, I was hoping the carpet cleaning tech would be able to remove a horrible ink stain that appeared in one of my rooms.... but unfortunately he wasn't able to. Aside from that, though, the rest of the rooms came out looking great. I will definitely be using carpet Dryclean again in the future. more

Me, My WIfe and three year old will be moving in a 2 bedroom Condo on Monday and the carpet there was alittle on the not-so-clean side. The landlord offered to have it cleaned but was giving rates that had us thinking the results would be not what we'd expected. so I did my own research and came across these guys. From the telephone call to the actual service... was phenomenal. This is our first time needing a carpet cleaning service and this will not be a our last.... calling them. A very professional carpet cleaning company, and since its ""drycleaning"" there's no wet carpet, or musty order left in the house and therefore does not damage the carpet or padding. Does an outstanding job of removing stains and extending the life of your carpet. We have used them since they started in the business and continue to be pleased with the results. Would highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs. Pros: No wet carpet afterwards and gets the stains out Cons: None noted more

Elmer and his assistant did a great job of drycleaning my carpet. It didn't take long at all and they got stains out that I hadn't been able to remove! I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Pros: Price, Result Cons: a little pushy on selling powder for an extra $20 more

I have been using carpet dryclean for about 3/4 years. They have never dissapointed me in any area of the whole process. It is easy to get a quick appt., they give you a reminder call, they arrive on time, & most importantly they leave you with a super clean carpet. Believe me , I have a dog with issues. They have gotten it ALL out every time. Joe and Miquel have been very friendly, professional and dedicated to providing excellant service. They both aim to please their customers & take their job very seriously. I will not ever use another CO. (dry or wet clean) because there are no complaints here at all with their entire service. I have tried both wet and other dry clean companies previously, but none of them get out pet stains as well as carpet dryclean. Try them and you will not be sorry! Pros: they give you a bucket of cleaner that works wonders on stains until your next visit Cons: a bit pricey but worth it more

Prior to tenants moving in, I needed the carpet cleaned in a vacant home with no water service. I was leary of ""dry cleaning"", but when I learned the products used were not harmful to the carpets or pets, I decided to give it a try. Miguel did a great job, even on the stains (which did not cost extra to remove!). He was on time to our appointment, took his time to do a good job, allowed me to walk through and examine his work before he left. Since the carpets were dry, I could go throughout the house immediatelly. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks, guys! Pros: waterless, no drying time Cons: none that I have found more

This was the first time we have ever used a dry carpet cleaning service. It was wondeful in that furniture could be moved back immediately because there was no drying time. The carpet smelled great and looked great as well. As for the technician he did an excellent job of explaining the process and tending to detail of certain stained areas. It's Thursday night around 9:30 and we're having a party at our house on Saturday. I'm thinking there's no hope in contacting anyone to clean our carpets in such a short amount of time. So I looked through the list of cleaners available in my area. The first I came across was Carpet Dryclean. Even though it was late, I thought I'd give them a call just in case. I couldn't believe someone answered! The gentleman I spoke with explained the Carpet Dryclean process and the more I learned the more assured I became that choosing their service was exactly what we needed. Not only was I amazed that they picked up the phone so late at night, but they were also able to schedule me for in-home service the very next day. \r \r Victor arrived to start his miracle work right on schedule and proceeded to walk us through the entire process. I was assured that my carpet was not the worst they'd seen, but I know with three dogs and Carolina clay in the back yard it was a grim sight to behold. Not only was the service incredibly effective, but it was also informative as Victor took the time to show us each and every step. You could have made three more dogs out of the hair they culled from our carpet!\r \r I am more than 100% satisfied with Carpet Dryclean and I highly recommend them to everyone -- especially pet owners. Carpet Dryclean was all it is advertised to be. My three-year-old floor rug looks as good as it does the first day we brought it home. Terry was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He removed an oily stain that was well set-in. I love that the company uses no harmful chemicals and that the carpets didn't need to dry. more

Carpet Dryclean cleaned my carpets great!! With the unique process they use, you were able to walk on the carpet during the process and immediately afterwards. They even focused on hard to remove stains!! Very friendly staff. Couldn't have asked for a better carpet cleaning experience. Will definitely use again!! Pros: Effective process. We have used this service two years in a row. We have white berber carpets and two young boys, so the carpets get a lot of wear. Carpet Dryclean does an excellent job. After years of being tired with the shampooing, wet floors, mild dew, and I am certain damaged floor boards, I decided to try dry cleaning my carpet. With much hesitancy, I search the web looking for a local company being that everyone I asked could not provide a recommendation. \r \r After contemplating calling four or five companies, I decided on Carpet Dryclean. Earl was outstanding in describing the services, pricing, and scheduling the appointment. The serviceman called to let me know he was in route and within the stated time he was knocking at my door anxious to get started. \r \r First he asked me to show him the dirtiest spot on my carpet. And I did have a dirty, dirty spot. Prior to engaging their service he wanted to show me how the dry cleaning worked and how effective is was in removing dirt without the water solution. To my amazement, stain gone and carpet was dry. The next step involved measuring the cleaning areas and stating the price before he started. \r \r This evening my carpet is clean, there's a refreshing aroma throughout, I paid a reasonable price, and I have a new found friend in Miguel. \r \r Miguel - you did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. I received Carpet Dryclean's name from one of my neighbors who raved about their work. My carpets were in a very sorry state with two small children in the house - lots of juice stains and marks from crayola markers. I gave them a call and set up an appointment within the next week.\r \r Today, Miguel Polo, arrived on time and provided very friendly service. After measuring the areas to be cleaned, he set out to perform a demo. It was amazing... within a period of a couple of minutes the area he covered was completely free of dirt and stains. I especially loved that the carpet cleaner is non-toxic and doesn't give off an unpleasant odor.\r \r After a couple of hours, Miguel went over his work with me. I couldn't believe how great my carpets looked. Everything was clean, soft and almost completely dry. In fact, the moisture was gone w/in 30 minutes.\r \r I have used big name commercial cleaners in the past but no more. I am still amazed how great everything looks and feels. I would recommend this service to anyone. It may be a little more expensive than those other companies but you only need to have your carpets cleaned once a year w/ Carpet Dry Clean.
