Elmer and his partner cleaned the carpets in my condo that I rent to college students. The carpet had stains but with a little work and sweat and no cusswords or griping Elmer got it looking like new! Pros: Reliable, concientious, hard working employees! more

Carpet Dryclean's service was excellent and professional. Miguel Polo and Vance kept me informed by cell phone of their whereabouts and timeframe such as earlier-than-anticipated arrival and their estimated time to finish. They were very efficient and courteous. The carpet looked great, even the trampled carpet on the stairs looked fluffy. Dirty carpet spots were gone. Wonderful work! Great service and price! 6/3/2009

They were very punctual - gave a call before arriving and arrived when they said they would. Victor, the lead contractor (there were 3 people total) was very nice. They gave me a quick demo of what they could do on one of our worst spots. After making sure I was satisfied, they measured out the rooms' sq. footage and came up with an exact price. After I gave them the ok they went to work. After about 2 hours they let me know that they were done. I took a look around b/c they wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Everything looked good. There was one spot that gave them some trouble, but I don't blame them - we can't get it out either. It is mostly gone though. They gave me free of charge a small box of solution to use on it if it comes back. Overall I was very impressed with all 3 fellows. Punctual, professional, friendly, fast, and efficient. Excellent Carpet Cleaning 6/2/2009

Miguel and Polo came exactly at the appointment time. I didn't have to sit around and wait for them. Miguel showed me how this type of carpet cleaning worked by demonstrating on an area that was really dirty. I couldn't believe my eyes. Miguel and Polo cleaned the carpets in the allotted appointment time and did a wonderful job. The stairs were really bad and now they look great. I got the spot cleaner for any future spots. I plan on having the rest of the carpets cleaned by them very soon. Highly recommend this company and extremely recommend Miguel and Polo, they worked great as a team. I love this process for cleaning carpets. It's faster and doesn't leave the carpet wet to breed molds. I recommend getting the spot cleaner for spots - it works better than products available to consumers. \r \r The owner calls each job to make sure you are satisified. After having Carpet Dryclean clean our carpets last year, we enjoyed compliments from friends and relatives on how fresh and lovely our formerly grungy carpets were. So, the decision to call on Elmer again this year was a given.\r Our 12-year-old, off-white cut-pile berber carpet is like new again after another visit from Elmer. Great Carpet cleaners 5/30/2009

I called Carpet Dryclean on a recommendation. I had carpets that needed to be cleaned, deodorized, and sanitized. I needed to be able to get back on the carpets within 2 hours, so there wasn't much of a choice between CDC and the competition. \r \r Palo and Vance arrived when expected, were very friendly and courteous, explained the process to me, and did a sample for me to approve of before beginning their work. After I was surprised by how well the carpet sample was cleaned, they began cleaning immediately and finished quickly. They left nothing behind but a wonderful fresh smell and a house full of clean carpets. \r \r I would recommend Carpet Dryclean to anyone with a need, and may use them again on the future. Clean Carpets without harsh chemicals! 5/29/2009

This was my first time trying this method of carpet cleaning and this company. I was surprised at how quickly it was done and how great the carpets looked. Miguel and Vance were great at explaning the method and gave me a demonstration before they started. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends. Carpet cleaning satisfaction 5/27/2009

Overall, we are satisfied with our experience. The company was quick to return our call (on Memorial Day) and was able to get us an appointment for the next day. \r \r The tech was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. The tech was able to remove several stains that we were unable to remove with Rug Doctor steam cleaning (from drinks spilled). There were several small stains that could not be removed, but they were lightened- not sure what these stains were from. \r \r It is awesome that there is no drying time. This is a huge benefit in high traffic areas. We will certainly use this company again. We are interested to see the difference in how the carpets hold up to dirt by using this dry cleaning method versus steam cleaning. Pros: No drying time-good if you have kids!
