Miguel Polo and Vance arrived at my place 30mins after I called. Exactly the time I was told they would arrive. They were very friendly and did a Great job educating me on their product and what they were going to do. They worked quickly to restore the carpet to it's original look. They were even able to get up a fairly large glue stain that had been in the carpet for at least about 4months. I don't think, wellI know it could not have been done any better, and to top it off the cost was very Reasonable. Thanks! My was very Happy when she returned home. :-)
