Review content:
In the past I've always had Excellency on-time service for my appointment. I was disappointed with this visit in that they were an hour late in even taking my car back for service. It sat in the service bay with the hazard lights on for over an hour before they serviced the car. 4 pm appointment and left around 6:30 for a simple tire rotation and 25k service.
