Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

Super experience! 3/12/2014

My car had been damaged without my initial knowledge in while parked and tore off the wheel well cover. I asked if they could fix it until I could make an appointment. It was fixed immediately and my car was even washed. Complimentary. What a nice thing to happen! more

Outstanding customer service!! 3/11/2014

I have never had a more wonderful experience getting my car serviced than I did at the Burien Toyota! Everyone was extremely friendly, and they kept me informed on my car and how much time was left until it was done ( I came in at 7 and had to be at work by 8, and I didn't have an appointment, but they took me right away!). They also told me that if my car wasn't done in time, they would personally drop me off, and then drop my car off when it was done! I've never been more happy with any other customer service! I am extremely impressed, and will only be back to that establishment! Thank you SO much!! more

no recall part 3/11/2014

We made an appointment for 2 recalls to be completed. When I arrived to drop my vehicle off I was told they didn't have the parts for one of the recalls and have not received them yet abd had no idea when they would be coming in. Would of been nice to know while I was scheduling my appointment. Seems like there is a lack of communication between the service reps and the people making the appointments. Otherwise they did a great job on the other recall abd oil change. My car was very clean when I got it back. more

Can fit you in on the same day 3/9/2014

Was great 85,000 checkup but the service tech said probably should replace my battery since it appeared to be the original one (it tested ok). I bought a new one at 75,000 for $200 & he should have looked at my history. Also he recommended I have transmission & coolant changed by 100,000 miles & that part of my next service at 90,000. more

The trouble that I had they where unable to find the problem. Should have had us leave car and done the check for electrical problem. On a whole have been very pleased with the service department. more

And even referred a few of my friends and family members that did buy their new Toyotas there. And had an excellent experience. Like I said earlier, it does matter who you deal with. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Burien Toyota as long as Ted and Paul is working there. more
