Best Toyota dealer in Seattle.

Worst

The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

Collision center ROCKS! 3/1/2014

brought my RAV in on Tuesday and it was finished on Friday! the other partie's insur company and car rental work quickly, efficiently and professionally in getting my RAV repaired and back on the road! Great service, everyone! thank you :) more

THOROUGH BUT NOT SPEEDY 2/28/2014

I was told on the phone that I could drop in for an oil change. In actuality I ended up there from 4:30 til 6:10 pm. A bit long I'd say but yes, service is very thorough. more

Kelly helped me lease a brand new Toyota. I walked on the lot with the intention of purchasing a car but after he explained all my options, I felt super informed and confident on taking the lease-to-own option...something I would've never considered before learning how this is different than other leases out there. GREAT service, very attentive team all around. The lady who helped with my final paper work (I forgot her name, sad) was amazing and personable. All around, a MUCH better experience than anything I had hoped for and I am truly happy I ended up at Toyota of Burien instead of any place else! 5 stars! more

Make it right 2/25/2014

My recent visit took longer than expected. The Toyota service team made it up to me by not charging me for that service appointment. Every business will have things go wrong, the real test is whether they take ownership and make it right in the end. more

Burien Toyota Service Department 2/25/2014

Timely service with careful review of recommended costs beyond routine maintenance. The only dislike I have for Burien is that their service waiting area is not as swank as some other waiting rooms in the Seattle/Tacoma area. However, I'd rather be able to trust that the repairs were necessary and performed correctly than worry about the waiting room being crowded. The washing and vacuuming at the end left the vehicle looking like new. I recommend them. more

Showed extra effort to the costomer. 2/23/2014

Ok I thought I would never give a car dealership a good review however I was impressed at the way they worked with us to make a good deal. They even picked my husband up at the airport to test drive the car!. And ordered key foabs for the car with out us asking. Bobby Lynn, Mark the manager, Jennifer, and Kelly were all a part in making this a good experience to by a car. I will recommend Burien Toyota. Terrie Mcpherson, From Ellensburg WA. more

The only issue is not with the service. I asked they vacuum between the seats . They didn not do this. It's not really an issue at all. more
