The oil change appointment went 1.5 hours past the time promised of 1.25 hrs, which almost caused me to be late for work. I'm not sure why an oil change and tire rotation takes 2...

knowledgeable about the vehicle 9/1/2010

I previously purchased three Prius from David Butler as he is very knowledgeable about the vehicle, fully explains its operation and goes on a test drive with you to make sure you fully understand the operation of the Prius before you leave the dealership. I really like that in a salesman. more

I really like that in a salesman. I have never been to a dealership in my entire life that treated me more respectful when I am negotiating with them to make a purchase than this dealership. I was very happy to make a purchase from them. They make you feel like family whenever you are at that dealership whether to make a purchase or to have service done, great people. They are really very attentive and they really explained everything to me. I was very satisfied with their customer service, especially with Dario Graf. Everything was simple, quick and straightforward. They were just very friendly, and agreeable to work with. They gave us the best deal and best price for my trade-in. I felt as if there was no pressure. They were courteous, friendly and polite. more

satisfied with everything at Burien Toyota 8/20/2010

I am satisfied with everything at Burien Toyota from the initial contact with Tim Holmquist all the way through the whole buying experience. Tim worked to get us the vehicle we wanted and did not pressure us which allowed us to make the decision to move forward. We had questions for finance about registering our vehicle out of state and they were very accommodating and helpful. Beginning with Tim and working through the sales manager getting to finance, everyone was very helpful. Great experience more

They were knowledgeable 8/18/2010

They were knowledgeable about the products and knowledgeable about all the vehicles. My time at the dealership was the shortest time I have ever spent at a dealership test driving vehicles and getting in and out, so I appreciated that. They were friendly and the remembered me from the last time I came in to look at vehicles. They still had my paperwork, which I appreciated. So those are all good things. more

I purchased a car from Kirk Spencer at Burien Toyota. Kirk was very upfront, quick and straightforward. Kirk was able to answer all my questions. He was honest and had integrity. I did not have to do a lot of negotiations. He told me what they could do and I was very satisfied. Processing the paperwork was very good and quick. I have purchased several vehicles at other dealership in the past and in comparison this was the most satisfactory car buying experience I have ever had. When other dealerships changed what they said they would do, Burien Toyota fulfilled all commitments and promises. more

Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know how appreciative we were of Kirk Spencer's assistance when we purchased our new 2010 4runner last week. Kirk did a great job of getting us the vehicle we wanted, comfigured the way we wanted it. It was a pleasure working with him. We went through our insurance company, USAA, to obtain fleet pricing. They did a great job 7/23/2010

I was able to drop my vehicle off quickly. They did a great job getting me in and out of there on a very busy day. I got a great deal on my repairs. Cassandra was very good. She greeted me and made me feel at ease and was very good. They had my vehicle ready when promised. more

will definitely go back again 7/20/2010

This was my first time at Burien Toyota Service Department. I really like the fact that they speak Spanish and that is a plus. They translated everything for me and gave me great service. I am very satisfied and will definitely go back again. more

Joy Riding my car 1/29/2010

I brought my vehicle in to have the oil changed. When I got it back 4 hours later, it had an extra 23 miles on the odometer, a cracked windshield, and several deep scratches in the passenger side fenders and door. A friend saw my vehicle being driven by two strangers (it has personalized plates) in the nearby town of White Center during that time and called me on my cell phone. Burien Toyota denied any wrong doing and refused to pay for the damages. Cons: Very disreputable on many facets more

I was Burned 12/28/2009

I am also one of the many many Burien Toyota Victims. To all the other people burned by this business, complaining on Review Sites such as this, Yelp, Dealer Rater, Merchant Circle, Insider Pages, Yahoo.local, etc. is effective only to a point. You must file claims with the Better Business Bureau, and Consumer Affairs. It is simple and easy. It is how you can be part of the solution to clean up your community. Pros: The Customer Relations Manager is a nice lady Cons: Nightmare Experiences seen only in movies more

I would never go back there 8/24/2009

Just like unhappy others, I got a very raw deal from the sales people. Not only was it the bum's rush, the sales person was not completely upfront. I bought my first Toyota here and the price was high, there was some funny business with my paperwork and the whole deal was unpleasant from start to finish. Cons: Bad attitudes more

Forgot who I was on 4th day! 8/5/2009

After the 4th day and about 4 total hours of working with a salesperson, he completely forgot who I was the morning I went in to sit down and discuss buying a truck. I was also repeatedly told that everyone would work with me to get me into the truck that I wanted. So . . . after being forgot, when I made my offer on a truck, I was told to go home and keep shopping. I didn't lowball, I started at KBB! Not one counter offer. I was simply told to go home, salesman nowhere to be found. If you're looking for a Toyota dealership to go to, head up to Toyota of Lake City. They will literally go out of the way to help you out. Pros: can't think of any Cons: forgot who I was, didn't counter offer, etc more
