Dan Brace saved me from a freezing weekend without hot water! He came out faster than they told me he would, took the time to walk me through various options to keep my old water heater in service or replace it, and helped me pick the most cost-efficient decision. He also educated me about how to maintain my old water heater going forward. Very professional. more

Kitchen drain was clogged worse tthan i could handle on my own. Bishop's Dan Brace was professional, took good care of the workspace and did a great job getting the drain going again! He also gave me good advice for avoiding future issues with my kitchen drain. I always use these guys! more

They were very curteous from the first call to completing the final paperwork. They came the same day and the plumber was very professional. He told me about a coupon in my yellow pages and worked with me in other ways to save money off my bill. The plumber seemed very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. more

Setting up the appointment was very quick and Chris was very friendly on the phone . I ending up having a new sump pump installed. Once it was installed I was asked if I wanted to save $10 ? all I had to do was write a review. I had problems signing up with city search and said just forget it. I was pressured by the repairman how I"" needed"" to write a review. He told me to get a pen a paper and write it down. My service with Bishop was good up until that moment. I felt very uncomfortable. more
