Buyer Beware. When you call to schedule an appointment the charge is $79.95. However, when the technician crosses the threshold the fee can be as high as $380.00! Pretty slick, huh?\r This was a diagnostic charge that consisted of 4 pictures and a call back with the problem...so no diagnosis. Still waiting for the phone call..Be careful what you're signing...and when you call to protest, Denise explained that since the paperwork was signed, too bad for you. Oh, and at the end of the visit tried to sell me a ""special"" draino for $210.00. Really?\r more

Very responsive plumbing service. This was non-emergency but the service call was scheduled quickly. Nick quickly assessed the problem, provided a clear explanation of what was wrong and what work needed to be completed. He was able to get the required parts immediately and was able to perform the repair work the same day. Great service! more

had a problem with my up stairs toilet, called bishop plumbing they sent a plumber out to help, after running a few test the plumber said the blockage was in the toilet and gave a few options , i decided to have something called an auger used on it , he layed down tarps in bathroom and used this snake thing and pulled back a thomas the tank engine of my sons, though he could of disinfected it the plumber advised throwing the toy out for my sons safety, after the dispatch fee and charge for the work the plumber gave me a piggy bank for my son and some other products, he left the bathroom cleaner than it was and respected my home by wearing boot covers, would definitely call them back. supper cool plumber dude\r \r more

These reviews are paid for! I was offered a discount to write the review and then the plumber literally stood over my shoulder while I logged into my computer to write it. City search was down at the time, so I said I would do it later. But I imagine that the majority of these reviews are written while the plumber is telling you exactly what to write. I used Bishop Plumbing and the service fixed the problem. Seemed very expensive. Maybe if they didn't spend so much money on the bag of branded trinkets they leave with their customers, they wouldn't have to charge so much. I will use another company next time. more

\r Called on Thursday appointment for Friday. Arrived within time window.\r Cormac determined where the problem was and discussed all options on addressing the plumbing issue. He was professional. Described what he was doing. Had to replace section of water pipe in wall (froze). He also found worn out drain pipe and replaced that. all looks good. Yes i would call them again. more
