Setting up the appointment was very quick and Chris was very friendly on the phone . I ending up having a new sump pump installed. Once it was installed I was asked if I wanted to save $10 ? all I had to do was write a review. I had problems signing up with city search and said just forget it. I was pressured by the repairman how I"" needed"" to write a review. He told me to get a pen a paper and write it down. My service with Bishop was good up until that moment. I felt very uncomfortable.
