Cormac removed and installed the main water valve to my house today. He replaced all of the old rusty galvanize fittings with brass fittings, that should solve my rust problems. He also tested the valve before leaving. more

Brad was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt their prices were very high, however, and so I didn't authorize all of the work that they suggested. They quoted a price of $594 to unclog a sink, which seemed exorbitant. But I thought that Brad knew his stuff -- so if I had authorized the work, he probably would have been able to fix it. more

I called Bishop Plumbing to help repair a toilet flange and also take care of a sewer backup by power rodding the sewer pipe. Cormac was very professional in his work. He explained the whole process the whole way through. In the end he made sure the area was clean before he left. more

Bishop plumbing is a huge rip off. They charged us $349 to diagnose that the motor on our hot water heater was burned. They were asking for over $1500 to replace the motor, which was still under warranty in addition to the $349 diagnostic fee. All in all a $2000 repair for a water heater that would cost almost as much to replace. When we asked to be given a few minutes to think through our decision, their very rude manager Gina said that we had to pay the plumber immediately for his services (which I was doing while being yelled at by her) and the plumber had to leave and that he had been there too long already. That he could come another day if we wanted to continue the work. The plumber left with the photos that he took and I have not been able to get them yet to submit for my warranty claim. So we were left without hot water for 2 days I will never call Bishop again for anything thing. more
